I condensatori della serie RRC sono stati studiatiper soddisfare numerose applicazioni nei settoridella refrigerazione e del condizionamento.Ideati per l’esterno, la versatilità della gammapermette l ’ installazione dello stesso modello siacon flusso aria orizzontale (standard) checon flusso aria verticale, con l’utilizzo dellegambe di sostegno (optional).Gli scambiatori ad elevata efficienza che equipaggianol’intera serie sono realizzati con alette in alluminio dalprofilo “PIRAMIDALE”e tubi di rame con rigatura interna.Gli RRC si dividono in 3 diverse gamme a seconda deldiametro dei motoventilatori:500mm (resa nominale a DT 15 da 10,9Kw a 148Kw),630mm (resa nominale a DT 15 da 13,7Kw a 426Kw),800mm (resa nominale a DT 15 da 23,4Kw a 467Kw).I motoventilatori assiali a rotore esterno impiegati hannole seguenti caratteristiche:- diametro 500: da 1,2,3,4,6 motoventilatori (4,6,8 poli)- diametro 630: da 1,2,3,4,6,8 motoventilatori (4,6,8,12 poli)- diametro 800: da 1,2,3,4,6,8 motoventilatori (6,8,12 poli)

The condensers from the RRC range have been designedto satisfy several applications in the refrigeration andair conditioning sectors.Manufactured for being installed outside, RRC can haveeither horizontal air flow (standard feature) or verticalair flow, by coupling the supporting legs assemblies(optional items).The higt-efficiency heat exchangers fitted in thewhole range are manufactured with aluminiumfins with “PYRAMID” profile and internally groovedcopper tubes.RRC can be devided in 3 different ranges accordingto their fan-motors diameter:500mm (rated capacity at DT 15 from 10,9Kw to148Kw)630mm (rated capacity at DT 15 from 13,7Kw to426Kw)800mm (rated capacity at DT 15 from 23,4Kw to467Kw )The axial external rotor fan-motors in use have thefollowing features:- 500 diameter : with 1,2,3,4,6 fan-motors (4,6,8 poles)-630 diameter : with 1,2,3,4,6,8 fan-motors (4,6,8,12 poles)-800 diameter : with 1,2,3,4,6,8fan-motors (6,8,12 poles)

CoilThe coil is made with aluminium fins with pyramidprofile, 12 mm internally grooved copper tube,37,5 x 32,5 geometry and 2,1mm fin spacing.The coils end frame is made of aluminium (500mmmodels 1 and 2 banks of fans, 630mm models 1 bankof fans) or combined aluminium and metal sheet(630mm models 2 banks of fans, 800mm models 1 and 2 banks of fans)All coils are fully leak tested by nitrogen at a pressureof 30 bars and charged under nitrogen pressure forshipment.

Caratteristiche costruttive

BatteriaLa batteria è costruita con alette dal profilo piramidalein alluminio, tubo in rame da 12 mm con rigaturainterna, geometria 37,5 x 32,5 e passo alette 2,1 mm.La struttura delle spalle della batteria è in alluminio(diametro 500 1 e 2 file, diametro 630 1 fila) ocombinazione alluminio e lamiera ( diametro 630 2file, diametro 800 1 e 2 file).Tutte le batterie vengono sottoposte a collaudo concon azoto ad una pressione di 30 bar e caricate inpressione di azoto per la spedizione.

Scelta condensatorePer una corretta scelta del condensatore, utilizzarela colonna "potenza frigorifera" riportata nelle tabellerelative alle caratteristiche tecniche (diametro 500pag 7; diametro 630 pag 11,12,13; diametro 800pag 19,20)Qui vengono riportate le rese frigorifere calcolate peruna temperatura ambiente pari a 32°C e per 2 differentivalori di ∆T (differenza tra la temperatura dell'aria inentrata e la temperatura di condensazione delrefrigerante): ∆T 10 e ∆T 15.I calcoli sono stati effettuati utilizzando comerefrigerante il gas R404A. Impiegando altri refrigeranti,la resa va moltiplicata per il fattore correttivo diseguito riportato: R134a=0,93; R407C=0,90; R507=1.I parametri per la scelta del condensatore sono:il valore ∆T e il carico termico.

Condenser selectionFor the correct condenser selection, use the “refrigeratingoutput” column on the technical features table (500mmdiameter at page 7; 630 diameter at page 11,12,13;800mm diameter at page 19,20).In these tables are quoted refrigerating output calculatedfor an ambient temperature of 32°C at two different∆T (difference between the inlet air temperature andthe refrigerating gas condensing temperature):∆T 10 and ∆T 15.These calculations have been made using R404A asrefrigerating gas. In case of a different gas in use thegiven capacity is to be multiplied by the relevant correctivefactor as follows: R134a=0,91; R407C=0,90; R507=1.The parameters valid for the condenser selection are:the ∆T value and the heat load.
