    SCHEDULE OF SERVICES :

    The Architect shall, after taking instructions from the Client, render the following services:

    WORKING DRAWINGS AND TENDER DOCUMENTS [STAGE 4] :

    2.0* &re"are working drawings, s"ecifications and schedule of quantities sufficient to "re"are estimate ofcost and tender documents including code of "ractice covering as"ects like mode of measurement,

    method of "a)ments, qualit) control "rocedures on materials ! works and other conditions of contract

    CONSTRUCTION [STAGE 6] :

    2.10 &re"are and issue working drawings and details for "ro"er eecution of works during construction.

    2.11 A""rove sam"les of various elements and com"onents.

    2.12 Check and a""rove sho" drawings su$mitted $) the contractor+ vendors.

    2.1 -isit the site of work, at intervals mutuall) agreed u"on, to ins"ect and evaluate the Construction

    orks and where necessar) clarif) an) decision, offer inter"retation of the drawings+s"ecifications, attend

    conferences and meetings to ensure that the "ro/ect "roceeds generall) in accordance with the conditions

    of contract and kee" the Client informed and render advice on actions, if required.

    () CLIENT*S ROLE AND RESPONSI+ILITIES :

    The Client shall discharge all his o$ligations connected with the "ro/ect and engagement of the Architect

    as follows:

    *.0 To give effect to the "rofessional advice of the Architect and cause no changes in the drawings anddocuments without the consent of the Architect.

    *.0* To honour Architect's $ills within one month of its su$mission.

    %2) OWNERSHIP OF COPYRIGHT :

    Architectural design is an intellectual "ro"ert) of the Architect. The drawings, s"ecifications, documents

    and models as instruments of service are the "ro"ert) of the Architect whether the "ro/ect, for which the)

    are made, is eecuted or not. The Client shall retain co"ies of the Architect's models, drawings,

    s"ecifications and other documents for his information and use in connection with the "ro/ect. These shall

    not $e used for an) other "ro/ect $) the Client or the Architect or an) other "erson, ece"t for the

    re"etition as sti"ulated in the 4cale of Charges.

    Interior Architecture

    %) SCOPE OF WORK :

    The Architect is required to "rovide services in res"ect of the following :

    DRAWINGS FOR CLIENT*S .STATUTORY APPROVAL [STAGE &] :

    2.0% &re"are drawings necessar) for Client's+ statutor) a""rovals and ensure com"liance with codes, standards alegislation, as a""lica$le and assist the Client in o$taining the statutor) a""rovals thereof, if required.

    6) DOCUMENTATION AND COMMUNICATION CHARGES :

    7) REIM+URSA+LE E-PENSES :

    3n addition to the amounts reim$ursa$le against site visits $) the Architect+ Consultant, the Client will reim$urse thArchitect the following e"enses incurred $) him for discharge of his o$ligations:

    .01. Actual cost of travel to ! fro;, $oarding ! lodging and local trans"ort for an) visit made $) his staff to the sitesuch other "lace as ma) $e necessar) in connection with the eecution of work and in connection with the "erformof duties referred to in this agreement.
