Starting a Client from the Client Tab
• Once you have selected the client tab you will be moved to this workspace where you will select the Add a New Client tab
• Once you have selected the client tab you will be moved to this workspace where you will select the Add a New Client tab
• Here you can see this sign which symbolizes a “required field”
• These 4 fields must be satisfied before proceeding
• Once those fields are satisfied you will select “CREATE” in the bottom right of the page
• You will receive confirmation that your client was created• From this point you may go and edit the client’s information
(you can edit at anytime if you choose)
• Once you have filled in the necessary client information you begin a Workflow

Starting a Client from a Workflow
• This blue work space will populate and you will select Start a New Workflow
• Now that you have selected start a new workflow this workspace appears
• Select your Workflow
• Select Add a New Client
Type your Client’s name within the box to start the search for their records.Note: This search only will search your MyForms data base from this screen.
• Enter first and last name• Select gender• Select date of birth • Select create
PLEASE NOTE:By creating a client Conduit Office you have also created a patient in your Brightree connected account
• Now that you have created your new Client record you can Start a New Workflow.
