For the total number of assorted boxes being hot stamped; use the above price chart per impression:

• Minimum charge for imprinting is $140.00.• Hot-Stamping orders require a minimum 50% advance payment, except where credit has been given.• Embossing is the same charge as Hot Stamping + $50.00 per order. Embossing plate will be quoted when artwork is submitted. Embossing plate will cost more than a hot-stamping plate.

Plate Charges: $50.00 up to 8 sq inches $75.00 up to 16 sq inches $100.00 up to 27 sq inchesNOTE: Larger sized impressions and plates are charged accordingly. Plates for inactive accounts will be retained for 4 years; after which customers will be subject to new plate charge.

Customer Proof Approval: A PDF proof of size and position will be supplied at no charge. A customer’s proof approval must be received before we order plates or schedule the order for production.

Artwork Information: In order to expedite orders we prefer your artwork be provided in the following formats:

• Hi- Resolution print–ready PDF.• Camera –ready artwork is acceptable on either disc or via email.• Non-vector based digital art is subject to artwork prep charges.• Graphic Design and artwork prep, if required, are charged separately at $80.00/hr ($35 minimum).

Lead Time: Lead times can vary throughout the year, especially during the holiday season, but normally run between 2 - 3 weeks.

Ordering/Shipping: We ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or common carrier when economical. Expedited service is available via FedEx and UPS, however payment of order and freight charges must be secured in advance.

Pricing: Our pricing is based upon the total quantity ordered on one order. Boxes, trays, and pads sold separately.

Return of Merchandise: If it is necessary to return merchandise, contact our Sales/Customer Service Department. No returns will be accepted without a BOXit return authorization number. We will replace items if we are in error. Any items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or a minimum of $20.00. Any item held for over six (6) months will not be eligible for return.

Loss or Damage: All products should be inspected carefully upon delivery. We are not responsible for loss or damage sustained in transit. Claims should be made promptly against the carrier. External visible damage and/or shortages must be noted on carrier’s waybill at time of delivery.

Product Specifications & Prices: Product prices and specifications are based on information available at the time of posting or printing in our catalog and are subject to change without notice. All dimensions, weight and carton counts are subject to tolerances based on industry standard. Please be aware that product colors may vary slightly according to dye lot.

Custom Orders: Many of our items that we offer can be customized. Minimum quantities apply. Please contact our customer service department and they will be happy to assist you.

Samples: We are happy to ship samples of individual stock boxes. Samples are free up to a value of $5.00. Any requests that exceed this value will be charged per item. Additional charges may be applied to repeated sampling requests, multiple samples of a box, etc. Any expedited shipping expenses will be the customer’s responsibility.

Patent, Trademark, & Copyright Infringement: Customer assumes any and all liability for patent, trademark or copyright infringement when orders are processed to customer’s specifications. Customer acknowledges that they are the owner or has the authority to give BOXit permission to reproduce such trademark, copyright or patent.
