Participants are asked to gather in front of the Anglican Cathedral in
Cathedral Square at 15:00. The RSA hosts will be obvious. The
walking tour will begin at 15:15, moving at a slow pace, with stops
for commentary at significant places around the inner city. It will
finish at the venue for the Reception for Delegates by 18:00.
