Streaming issues

If you experience any stutter or choppiness, most times, your connection just needs a few moments to catch up, but you can:

1. Lower your video quality by clicking on the gear icon (Settings) in the lower right of the video display

2. Refresh your browser page

3. Restart your computer

4. Try a different browser

5. Try a different device

6. If you’re mirroring or projecting to a TV, there might be lag or other interruption. Try turning that option off.

Want to turn off the chat during the live stream?

If the chatting distracts you, click on the three dots at the top of the chat box to minimize. Or make the video full screen by clicking on the square arrows in the lower right corner of the video display.

Want to adjust volume?

The volume control looks like vertical bars to the left of the gear icon in the bottom right of the video display. If you can’t hear, check that your computer speakers are on and toggle the volume higher. Listening with ear buds or headphones always improves the audio experience!

Tips for Zoom

1. Mute your microphone if you’re not talking. To mute, click the microphone button on the bottom left-hand side of your video call.

2. We’d love to see you during the Expo! If you do turn on your camera, make sure it’s well positioned and at eye level with you fully captured in the frame.

3. To ask a question, tap the raise hand icon in the Zoom menu or type your question in the chat.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

An international thought leader at the forefront of global economic trends and a graduate of Yale College, Yale Law School, and Harvard Business School, Roger has launched multiple successful, leading-edge start-ups, including one of the first internet cosmetic retailers. Selected by the World Economic Forum in Davos as a Global Leader for Tomorrow, he is a passionate influencer in the Global Green Movement. He has served on the Advisory Board of Nobel Peace Prize winner Wangari Maathai’s Green Belt Movement as well as on the leadership councils of both Harvard and Yale Schools of Public Health.

Erin Barrett, Phd

Director of Product Innovation and Scientific Affairs

Dr. Barrett holds masters degrees in Clinical Research and Biochemistry along with a PhD in Nutritional Biochemistry. She leads the Shaklee science team in the development of the personalized nutrition research program.

Melina Baxter

Chief Marketing Officer

Melina is a modern marketer whose experience is broad and deep in the key areas required for growth. She developed strong skills in brand management at Levi Strauss & Co., ecommerce at Sephora, social at PopSugar, direct selling at Stella & Dot, and most recently, branding and content at eBay. Melina is a gifted storyteller and a self-described change agent and buzz generator obsessed with driving innovation and marketing programs that balance creative excellence and business objectives.

Kevin Crandall

Vice President of Sales

Kevin has spent over 22 years in the direct selling and social marketing industry and brings 15 years of top-level sales and field leadership experience. He is responsible for developing Shaklee Business Leaders, creating rewarding and motivating promotions and incentives, recognition, developing retention programs, and growing the Shaklee sales force through measured key performance indicators.

Celina Alger

Director of Business Training

Celina Alger is the Director of Business Training. She joined the Shaklee Family 2 years ago with over 10 years of experience in network marketing and social media. She loves partnering with our field leaders to empower them to grow their social media presence, find their personal niche, and get their new business partners started right. Celina enjoys being invited into your home and business virtually and shows up with energy and excitement that is contagious.

Jeff Hill

President of Global Sales

Jeff brings more than 30 years of experience in leadership development and sales, most recently with a leading fitness company in our industry, where he grew revenue by $900 million in the eight years he was there. Throughout his career, Jeff has earned the trust of field leadership through personal commitment, competence, and dedication. Jeff leads with heart, humor, and candor, modeling integrity and excellence while achieving consistent success. He has a strong foundation in personal and professional development, having started his career with the Franklin Covey leadership company, working with Fortune 500 companies at executive levels.

Kellan Mann

Senior Director, Brand Marketing

Kellan has spent 14 years in the Bay building dynamic and innovative brands at Stella & Dot, PopSugar, Pottery Barn, and Cost Plus World Market. She is passionate about creating a unique customer experience and connecting the world to a brands vision and mission. Her experience spans brick and mortar, direct to consumer, media, and direct sales, but her chops in the kitchen as a professionally trained pastry chef might be her sweetest skill.

Katie Odom

Master Coordinator

Katie has been with Shaklee 8 years in August and in that time has enjoyed 10 Dream Trips. She loves that Shaklee has allowed her to help other people and the freedom to work when she wants, stay home with her kids, and help provide for her family.

Chief Sales Officer

As Chief Sales Officer, North America, Jeff is responsible for partnering with the Shaklee Field to generate growth and success for Shaklee Independent Distributors. Jeff has worked in a variety of sales and marketing positions over his 15-year career and has helped take multiple companies to over a billion dollars in sales in North America. Jeff loves creating incentives, leader development, events, and communication strategies for our leaders that enable them to reach their goals. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from UVU.

lori & Albert ramos

Master Coordinators

Lori and Albert are members of the Shaklee Million Dollar Club and have traveled the world in true Shaklee style. Lori loves to build the business through social media, inspiring and motivating others to start their health journey, while Albert loves to share his passion for wellness and fitness. They have a large multiethnic organization with 11 different languages spoken.

Vice President of Global and Regulatory Affairs

Les’ primary objective is to support ideation, development, and scientific substantiation for Shaklee nutritional products that are safe and effective and provide high value to the end user. Throughout his 40-year career with Shaklee, Les has demonstrated professional and scientific expertise in the areas of food, beverage, and dietary supplement product research, development, and commercialization.
