CONFERMA HELPHANDY HINTS: GETTING STARTED
1.0 INTRODUCTIONConferma Help (http://help.conferma.com/) is an online portal intended for users to actively browse Confermas ‘Self Help’ articles, and FAQ’s and also to request support from the dedicated Conferma Support Team. This is a quick start guide designed to assist you in gaining access to the portal for the first time.
2.0 RAISING YOUR FIRST TICKET AND SETTING YOUR PASSWORD
Follow this process if you are not a pre-registered user and you are using the Helpdesk for the first time. Once registered you will simply need to sign in to raise and r your support tickets.
Visit https://help.conferma.com/hc/en-us
Use the option on the top right to ‘submit a request’
When you raise a new ticket via the Help site you will have been prompted to enter an email address as part of the ticket submission process. The email address that you enter will need to be a valid email address.
Once the ticket has been submitted you must follow these steps to register your new account.
You will receive an email as per below:
To activate your account, click on the link in the email.
You will be prompted to create a password

Type in a password in the “Your password” box. Please note password requirements.
Click on ‘Set password’
Provided the password meets the password security requirements shown here your password is now set and you will be automatically logged into and routed to the Conferma Help Website as per the screenshot below.

3.0 RESET PASSWORD PROCESS
Should you forget your password you simply need to click on ‘Forgotten Password’ from the home page
Click on ‘Forgot My Password’
You will need to enter your full email address and click ‘submit’.
If you are a registered user you will receive an email with a password rest link as below

Click on the link in the email to reset your password
You will now be prompted to enter a new password.
NOTE: Your new password must meet the minimum security requirements shown on this screen.
Type in your new password and click on ‘Change Password’
Provided the password meets the password security requirements your password is now set and you will be diverted to the Conferma Help Portal
