If you are a Mexico resident, you also need a valid VISA for travel into the U.S. for theAlaska Cruise. Please note that procuring a visa may take 4 to 6 weeks. If you antici-pate being a cruise winner, we suggest you secure a visa immediately. This is veryimportant... please make arrangements in advance to be sure your passport is ready bythe time the ship sails.

Instead of needing to develop TWO frontline, personally-enrolled Regional Managers whose application date is after January 1, 2006, who achieve $5000 in 7-level volume in the same month, we’re enhancing this requirement to read:“Develop only ONE frontline, personally-enrolled Regional Manager whose application date is afterJanuary 1, 2006, who achieves $5000 in 7-level volume in a single month during the contest period!”
By meeting this enhanced contest criteria, you’ve made it on the boat!
B) For those individuals whose Eniva application date is AFTER January 20, 2006:
1) Achieve the position of Executive Regional Manager2) Achieve at least one month of 7-level volume of $15,000 during the contest period3) Regarding new frontline, personally-enrolled Regional Manager development:
a. Instead of needing to develop another (third) frontline, personally-enrolled Regional Manager who each achieve $3500 in 7-level volume in the same month prior to the end of the contest period, we’re enhancing this requirement to read:
“The third frontline, personally-enrolled manager can be an Area Manager or above whose application dateis after January 20, 2006, and who achieves at least $2500 in 7-level volume in a single month duringthe contest period!”
Please note: Frontline manager’s 7-level volumes all must be achieved in the same month to meet this qualifier; 2 frontline RM’s (or above) with at least $3500 each and 1 AM (or above) with at least $2500 – all managers meeting these volumes in the same month.

9. Puerto Rico Commissions ChecksAs you know, the Puerto Rican government requires us to apply a 7% withholding tax to all earnings totaling $1500 or more. However, if your commission check was less than $1500 this past month, you may have noticed that you were also charged this 7% withholding tax. In order to correct this error, we will be adding that 7% to your commission check next month. This will ensure that you receive your correct earnings. Please note that once you have earned $1500 in commissions, your subsequent earnings will have the 7% withholding tax applied.
11. New 1% Puerto Rico Sales Tax beginning August 1A new 1% sales tax has recently been implemented by the Puerto Rico Government. Beginning August 1, all orders placed in Puerto Rico will be charged a 1% sales tax in order to comply with this new sales tax requirement.
12. Mexico Business BuildersIf you are helping others do business in Mexico, make sure to encourage them to read the Business Guidelines on the Eniva Mexico website... the Guidelines are NOW in SPANISH! The Mexico Business Guidelines can be found in your back-end office in the Resource Center.
13. Mexico Resident Cruise Winners: Passport & Visa are required for travelIn addition to a valid passport, Mexico residents are required to have a VALID VISA for travel into the U.S. for the Alaska Cruise. Please note that procuring a visa may take 4 to 6 weeks. If you anticipate being a cruise winner, we suggest you secure a visa immediately.
