Wests Events Team
Acacia & Eucalyptus Rooms
For a more intimate experience, you need look no
further than the sophisticated and modern
surrounds of the Acacia and Eucalyptus rooms.
These rooms have been beautifully fitted out to
create an intimate environment with an emphasis
on comfort and style with its soft lighting.
Ideal for up to 70 guests.
Jacaranda Room
A multi-purpose room with a capacity of 400
people. This room has a large dance floor and
stage. Includes a private bar, audio visual and
presentation equipment. This room is modern, fresh
and provides an outdoor area.

Gardenia Room
A private function with the capacity to seat
between 60 - 150 people, dependent on the style of
function required. This room receives an abundance
of natural light (overlooking Campbelltown
Stadium) and includes private bar facilities, audio
visual, and presentation equipment.

Located in the picturesque Macarthur Region, the
Lakeside Centre is surrounded by private lawns,

The Wests group has a wide range of styling products for
hire. There are no restrictions on using external stylists
should you choose to, however we are more than happy
to accommodate your styling requests.
TABLES
Our standard tables seat up to 10 guests.
LINEN
Our standard tablecloths are available in White or black.
Other colours are available at an additional cost.
STANDARD EVENT DURATION: 5 hours
CONFIRMATION bookings and deposits Tentative bookings will be held for ten (10) days. Confirmation of a booking is by payment of a
non-refundable security deposit of $500 and by returning the signed booking form within 14 days of the initial booking. Western
Suburbs League Club (Campbelltown) Ltd reserves the right to cancel any booking not confirmed within 10 days without further
correspondence.
PRICING Prices are inclusive of GST. Every effort will be made to maintain the price quoted, however are subject to change due to
market conditions.
CANCELLATIONS Your deposit is non refundable in the event of Cancellation. All cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 4
weeks prior to the date. If the function is re-scheduled from one date to another, the original deposit will be transferred. If your event is
cancelled or substantially changed within (7) days of your event taking place, Wests reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the
expected food, beverage and service revenue.
FINAL GUEST NUMBERS & PAYMENT Final numbers and full payment are required 7 days prior to the function. Charges will be based on
these minimum numbers or the actual attendance , whichever is greater. Any additional charges will be settled on the day at the
conclusion of the functions. We accept EFTPOS, Cheque, Credit Cards and Cash payments.
LIABILITY - Confetti, rice and candles and Smoke machines Confetti, rice or similar materials are not to be used on Club premises or
grounds. The use of such materials on or around premises will incur a minimum $300 cleaning fee–higher if warranted. If using candles,
only use the non-drip variety. No Smoke machines are to be used under any circumstances. Please liaise with the Events department
over display arrangements to prevent any damage to the premises. Clients will be financially liable for any damage sustained in the
Club. No staples, sticky or masking tape, nails, glue or Velcro etc. may be used on any walls, door or other surface or part of the Club.
Western Suburbs League Club (Campbelltown) Ltd cannot take responsibility for the damage or loss of items before, during or after a
function. No responsibility will be taken for gifts or decorations brought onto the premises.
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL Alcoholic Beverages will not be served to persons under the age of 18 years (proof of ID may be
requested), or to any person considered to be intoxicated and they will be asked to leave the Club. Function rooms where alcohol is
being served are allocated for a maximum period of 5 hours. Management and Staff are committed to the Principles of the
Responsible Service of Alcohol Legislation so therefore we reserve the right to refuse supply of alcohol if deemed necessary.
JUVENILES AT EVENTS Guests under the age of 18 are welcome at private events. Juveniles must be accompanied by their parent or
guardian at all times.
SEATING PLANS AND MENUS We can provide printed seating plans and table cards for your event or reception. It is the clients
responsibility to provide in electronic format a clearly typed guest list/seating plan 5 days prior to the event.
SUPPLIERS & DECORATORS /DELIVERIES The venue has no restrictions on suppliers, however all deliveries to the venue must be advised
to the event department prior and marked with the name and date of the event . Deliveries must not arrive more than 24hours prior to
the event. Please advise delivery details, contact numbers and the times of deliveries to be arranged. The Suppliers are responsible
for pickup and delivery within the venues guidelines.
Club entry Everyone entering the Club must sign in at Reception. The client is responsible for the conduct of all guests. Your guests
must either be a member of the Western Suburbs League Club (Campbelltown) Ltd or be signed in by a member, or live outside the
15km radius which would allow them to sign in as a visitor. The Registered Clubs Act requires that any person holding a function within
Western Suburbs League Club (Campbelltown) Ltd must be a member. Entry into the club following a function is in line with Club rules
and at the discretion of the Duty Manager and those persons deemed intoxicated will be refused. Ample car parking spaces are
available at all venues. All Function rooms are non-smoking. Courtyards and Balcony areas are available where your guests may
smoke but these areas are alcohol free and not for loitering or lingering. The Club prohibits any food or beverage (alcoholic or
otherwise) to be brought onto the Club’s premises with the exception of celebration cakes i.e. birthday cake, engagement, wedding
etc.
