OCEE 09/14/2021 Congratulations on making the decision to protect yourself and our community by getting a COVID-19 vaccine! You may be eligible to receive a $100 cash card. Follow the steps below to see if you qualify: STEP 1: You must be a Harris County Resident. STEP 2: You must receive the vaccine between August 26th, 2021 and September 30th, 2021. You can go to any vaccine provider (CVS, Walgreens, Harris County Public Health, Primary Care provider, etc.) in Harris County. $100 cash cards are for FIRST or single doses ONLY. STEP 3: After vaccination, be sure to keep your vaccine card in a safe place. STEP 4: Visit www.readyharris.org/COVID-19-Incentive-Program to fill out the incentive form. You will need some information from your vaccination card to complete the form. STEP 5: Harris County Public Health (HCPH) will verify the information that you provide. This may take anywhere from 7 to 14 calendar days. STEP 6: After verification and IF you qualify, you will receive the $100 cash card by email or text within 1 - 3 business days. Please note: if you previously received an incentive from an HCPH vaccination site or the Houston Health Department, you are not eligible.
