Whatever your plans – a lavish affair, informal or intimate gathering – we are more than able to accommodate your needs.

We never forget that this is one of the greatest days in your life and we are dedicated to ensuring that everything is designed to make this as memorable for your guests as it is for you. We can arrange every detail to your exact requirements and our wealth of experience enables us to offer advice on all aspects of organising an event, be it for catering, lighting, theming or any other service.

If you want to build on these packages we can co-ordinate cake makers, toastmasters, florists, entertainment and even a calligrapher to script your guests’ place cards. For couples looking for a traditional wedding choose from our Special Occasions Packages, however Imperial War Museum North can also cater for all types of events – including if you decide to hold only your Evening Reception.

‘The reception was fantastic – it looked wonderful, the food was tasty and the atmosphere was really warm, friendly and fun. It was a great party! I can’t thank all those involved enough. And with drinks under a harrier jump jet it’s a wedding that the boys actually want to be at!’

‘What can I say about your top event runner skills – from star t to finish you were a creative, thoughtful, organised planner and a welcoming host. Brilliant job and I’m glad you managed to enjoy yourself as well!’
