Over the course of the last few years we have• Joined the Green Key Eco-Rating Program of the Hotel Association
of Canada (HAC) for which we have obtained 3 Green Keys;
• Reached the second level of the responsible waste management program ICI ON RECYCLE!;
• Minimized the waste stream and worked on the preservation of natural resources, more precisely, on energy and water preservation;
• Included a green component to the executive board’s agenda;
• Set the printers in the duplex printing mode;
• Reduced the daily paper consumption by encouraging electronic files and by recycling scrap paper into notepads;
• Installed paper, glass and plastic recycling bins in every room and meeting room;
• Installed water-efficient toilets in every room;
• Prioritized reusable dishware;
• Given a second life to faded bedding;
• Replaced most of incandescent bulbs with energy-efficient ones;
