The components below are compatible with the following multiunit abutments -All of the DESS Multiunit Abutments , Nobel Replace, Nobel Active, Branemark, 3i Certain Low Profile and Osseotite External Hex, BioHorizons Internal Hex and External Hex, Megagen Anyridge, Hiossen, Neodent CM and GM**. All of these multiunits have a 4.8mmD top (RP) and all use the same screw thread (m1.4).
For the Straumann Bone Level multiunit (from Straumann) we have SRA specific components - see page 8. For MIS multiunits (for Seven, C1, V3) DESS has multiunit parts - see page 9.The following companies are not compatible with these components - MIS, Zimmer, Implant Direct, and several other systems. Even though some may look similar they have either different geometries, screw dimensions, or both. DESS has multiunits for the following implant systems - Straumann Bone Level, Nobel Active, Nobel Replace, Internal Hex (Zimmer, Branemark, MIS Seven, Internal Hex) , Branemark, and 3i External. All of the tops of the DESS multiunits are 4.8mmD.Regarding WP multiunit - the Branemark WP implant is the only implant that uses the multiunit that has a 6.5mmD top, referred to as WP.
