Our dedicated teams of specialists work together with you to determine your care. Other services include geriatric assess-ments, pharmacy consultations, counseling, foot care and audiology. Located in the Barger Medical Building.
Gerontology Institute—541-687-6234The Gerontology Institute at Sacred Heart Medical Center—University District provides senior health programs for PeaceHealth. Services include Senior Health & Wellness Center, Community Geriatrics, Acute Care for Elders (ACE), Heartline/Lifeline—Emergency Response services and Living Well with Chronic Conditions and Tomando Control de se Salud program.
