Introduction

Welcome to Your Awakening

Awakening to the Violet Flame, is a co-creation between the Earth, The Solar, The Energy form of the Violet Flame, and the Human (i.e. those who brought forward the energy in the first place). It was Saint Germain, through the Channel (read as Vessel) called Edwin Courtenay, who brought through the original transmission of the Violet Flame. Until that time, the Presence of the Violet Flame had worked through and in alignment with Angelic Reiki. However, it was realised that there was a need for a bridge, between the energies of the angelic realms and that of the ascended masters. This was due to the recognition that not every soul is drawn to the connection and healing that Reiki brings, but there was/is a need for a deep cleansing and healing forme that permitted transformations that are of benefit and long-lasting value. As is the nature of fire or flame, it spreads and changes in nature; this particular flame nature is benevolent and healing, but it shares its transformative and ability to spread, which brings in the second evolution of the Violet Flame. This time its nature was to activate the Violet Flame Chakra, this evolution was brought through Saint Germain and his Channel (read as Vessel) Diana Savil; while these flames and evolutions still exist, and co-exist beside one another, the flame was passed this time to myself (Jay Cassels) and once more is evolving. This is both an experiential and channelled manual you are currently reading, and it is but one example of channelled material. The workshop and manual service as a continual attunement and activation of the Violet Flame energy; the workshop you are attending currently, will open you to working with all that The Violet Flame entails, and this manual is its re-enforcement. As a last word: It is advisable for you to avail yourself on the subject matter of discernment, a valuable skill that will service you well in all that you endeavour from this point forward.

Discernment

The Lord Buddha Has Said: that we must not believe in a thing said merely because it is said; nor traditions because they have been handed down from antiquity; nor rumours, as such; nor writings by sages, because sages wrote them; nor fancies that we may suspect to have been inspired in us by a Deva (that is, in presumed spiritual inspiration); nor from interferences drawn from some haphazard assumption we may have made; nor because of what seems analogical necessity; nor on the mere authority of our teachers or masters. But we are to believe when the writing, doctrine, or saying is corroborated by our own reason and consciousness. “For this,” says he in concluding “I taught you not to believe merely because you have heard, but when you believed of your consciousness, then to act accordingly and abundantly.”

(Secret Doctrine, Vol. III, Page 401) At this moment, the world has a wonderful abundance of teachers, gurus, channellers, healers and talented people from every walk of life. There are many people to help us along our path. We are all keen to advance ourselves and clear unwanted thoughts or energies we might have around us. A lot of information comes our way offering to help us achieve this, especially via the internet and email. There are also lectures, books, magazines, the spoken word and workshops that promise amazing abilities. Dozens of emails tell us how we can change if we follow the process offered or by participating in a workshop or reading a book. We are offered a huge array of things, ways to connect to higher forces, change our DNA/cell structure, eliminate implants or energy, move into a higher dimension, change our vibration, initiate into some particular order, connect to a certain Ascended Master or higher being and many other things. As the boundaries of our reality become more defined and we allow much of what we thought was important to slowly fade into the past, we must become wiser and more discerning in our choices. When we cling to people or things which no longer fit in our new reality, the sense of being out of harmony becomes more pronounced. By stating “Thy will be done” we gave our Higher Selves permission to increase our intuitive abilities which include knowing almost instantly when we have made right or wrong choices. By doing so, we can quickly rectify any actions that veer us off the straight and narrow path of ascension. We, as faithful followers of the Light, must be ever vigilant in our thoughts and actions to be sure that we are always in alignment with our Divine mission. Before doing anything that requires us to connect to ANY energy (no matter what name it is given or who it is supposed to come from) or change ANYTHING about ourselves, our body or our life, we need to apply Discernment, i.e. our inner truth.


It is not highest wisdom to do something in the hope it might be right for us. Everything we do matter. Many of us can recall situations we created that took years to finally get out of. Yes, it would be handy if we could just say “It must be OK because it is coming from a well-known person, they have written lots of books, they have a large impressive website, they run lots of workshops, they speak at well-known events, the email is very professionally done, it says it is coming from Master Kuthumi/St. Germain/Jesus” etc. Unfortunately, none of those things is a guarantee. You need to put aside any part of you that is being impressed or is assuming it must be OK. Be the Master you truly are and find your own truth. You are the only person who knows whether something is in Highest Divine Order for you – or not. Ask your Presence to bring you clear signs to show you whether this is something you need and whether it would be for your highest good now to do it. Then pay attention and look for the signs. Have faith in yourself. If you remembered who you really were (an amazingly gifted and talented spiritual being), then you would certainly trust that you can know what is right for you. We all have a wonderful perception of Divine order and what is and is not right for us. So, listen to yourself. The following information on Discernment was channeled by Edwin Courtenay from: ‘The Conclave’… “The Light of your soul has come from the Divine Source and this Light recognizes truth. In order to engage your Discernment, you must bring your consciousness into your heart and you must sink your consciousness here into the depth of your core. Imagine the heart to be a flower, a flower whose petals are green and pink light; bring your awareness to the centre of that flower where the nectar lies. This is seen as a brilliant white light, the white light of stars, the white light of the sun’s heart. It emerges from the heart of your heart chakra, from its core, from its centre, from its essence and is the light of your soul. Submerge your consciousness in this light. Allow yourself to be saturated by it, to be consumed and become part of it until there is only the light and then focus your attention upon that which you read, that which you hear, that which you are presented with and listen for the ring of Discernment, for the resonant acknowledgement that will come from the centre of your being. This is a clear indication of the truth contained within the word and anything that is spoken, anything that you read, anything that you are presented with that does not contain this ring, this harmony of truth, you must place to one side to investigate later or you must throw out entirely as being false and a misinterpretation of the original truth.


The only presence that you are ever advised to surrender to is the Divine. Not the Divine as a being externalized in anyone else other than you, yourself. You must remain grounded and centered and not lose sight of simple commonsense, of logic and of truth. Remember to discern as you journey forth and continue to endeavor to unfold the Divine Plan and encourage the enlightenment of man and the evolution of the world.”

Her radiance and inner wisdom as Gaia, and deep inspiration, devotion and spirituality as Parvati, has given birth to the deep insights known as The Eyes of the Soul, such is her love for all things, she transmuted the Violet Flame to a higher frequency, known as The Silver Violet Flame. When incarnated on the Earth plains, Saint Germain chose humble beginnings; lifetimes where he could observe and understand humanity in all its rawness and glamour. Each lifetime would see him rise to a position and status that could benefit all of humankind at that time. At times a Doctor, a Politician, A Healer, A Priest, A Wiseman, or a Layman; each lifetime he affected humanity for the good of all concerned, the masses and the individual. As part of the Unseen worlds of Nature, the Dragon and Phoenix reside within the Heart of the Violet Flame. They are Protectors, Caregivers and Nurture each Soul, whose Violet Flame is ignited. To draw the Presence Card of Dragon & Phoenix, is to connect deeply with the unseen worlds of Nature, Spirit and the Divine.

The Process of Connection/Re-Connection

At the very beginning of the workshop experience, you were invited to select a Presence Card. The purpose of this was to introduce you to the over-arching that will over-light and guide your Violet Flame journey, however that chooses to manifest. In time you may become aware of a new energy presence working with you as the journey of Awakening continues. When (or if) this occurs, then follow the guidance on the following page. Photocopy, write out or scan the page that has the names of the presences, and then cut the paper so that you are able to fold and hide the names. Place them on a table, in a bowl or envelope and then trust your intuition and allow yourself to be drawn to that one (or two) pieces. Open them and re-discover or have re-confirmed the presence(s) that will work with you on the next part of the journey.

Why is This an Important Aspect of the Work?

Working with the Violet Flame and its Rescue Flames, is potent work; unlike many of the healing methods such as Reiki, Angelic Reiki, Angel Healing etc, which are under the protector-ship of Archangels and Ascended Masters, the Violet Flame is over-lit and under the guardianship of the Thrones & Principalities. It is because it is work that bridges both 3D and 5D realities, it was felt that alongside Saint Germain, there should be a dedicated collective, who assign themselves to both the Rescue Flames, The Violet Flame and Sacred Space itself. Those who come into the work of the Violet Flame, both for personal transformation and to pass on the knowledge (should they choose to) come into alignment of that collective. Therefore, it was decreed that each soul who took the Sojourn of the Awakening to the Violet Flame, would be assigned a mentor/guardian, who would work with them and through them in whatever way that soul decides. The Presence Cards or Pieces of Paper were chosen as the best method for

this to be achieved.

Creating Sacred Space Invocation of the Presences

& The Violet Seven-Pointed Star

Before Attuning, Re-Attuning, Using the Violet Flame or Rescue Flames for your own or Healing with Others, it is important to follow the creation, invocation and uses of the Seven-Pointed Star in establishing Sacred

Space.

In time you will learn your own method for establishing Sacred Space, however, the method within these pages should always be considered as

the go to version when in doubt or need of reassurance.

It should also be the method that you teach others whether attuning or giving them healing tools.

Position of the Presences

PLEASE NOTE: Each presence has an appointed place around the Violet Seven-Pointed Star, the invocation invites each presence to take their place, in a particular order. While it is important to do the invocation in the correct order, it is also perfectly imperfect to err and be human, the presences and in particular the Violet Flame and The Order of the Violet Flame will ensure to correct any accidental order changes.

1. Firstly, visualise the Violet Seven-Pointed Star; place it on the floor beneath you and will it to align with your current position. This will place the top-most point in front of you. Allow the violet light to flow around you and pass through your being. Know that you are held, safe and secure within its all-encompassing vortex of energy.

2. Now Say: “It is at this time I invite the Presence of the Violet Flame, to take

its position at the topmost point of the Star.” – Hold for at least Seven Beats of your heart.

3. Next Say: “I now invite the Presence of Lady Portia to take her place, to the left of the Violet Flame.” – Again, hold for Seven Beats.

4. Now Say: “I invite the Presence of Saint Germain to his place, to the right of the Violet Flame.” – Hold once more for Seven Beats.

5. Next Say: “I invite and invoke the Presence of Archangel Tzaphkiel to take her place at the space below Lady Portia.” – Hold for the Seven Beats.

6. Now Say: “I invite and invoke the Presence of Archangel Zadkiel, to his place at the space below Saint Germain.” – Hold for Seven Beats.

7. Next Say: “I invite the Presence of Archangel Jeremiel to take their place, at the space below Archangel Tzaphkiel.” – Hold for the Seven Beats.

8. Lastly Say: “I call to the Presence of The Order of the Violet Robe, I ask that they take their space at the base of the Star, below Archangel Zadkiel and next to Archangel Jeremiel.”

9. Finally, visualise and sense the Presences taking their respective places as you chant either aloud or inwardly the following Mantra Seven Times; Pronounced as “Om Push Knee Nam Ah Har” & is written “Om Pushne Namaha”


Sacred Space & Uses of The Violet Seven-Pointed Star

Pronounced as “Om Push Knee Nam Ah Har” & is written “Om Pushne Namaha” This mantra translates to “Light of Mystic Fire”. Held within the Star of Light, the presences surround and hold space for healing, attunement or peace and transmutation. Sacred Space is considered to be a Temple of Light, a space between places; that exists within The Void of All Possibilities. This is a place of manifestation, where the Violet Flame in all incarnations; The Presences, Guardians or Custodians join and merge with our energies, to provide exactly what we need at that time, it is the most perfect space. This is an alchemical, metaphysical 5D reality that can be invoked (or summoned if you prefer) whether it is for your own self, during a healing time, or for attunements within a workshop, it is a space that has infinite and limitless possibilities. Its vibration negates any negative or harmful energetic vibrations, by transmuting them into a neutral state, that can then be transmuted further into positive energy or manifestation energy for the greatest and highest good of all.

Only your imagination and will limit the uses of this Sacred Space.


The Violet Flame Chakra &

Rescue Flames

The Violet Flame Chakra can be located at the highest point of the forehead, it sits above and yet in conjunction with the Brow Chakra itself.

Once Awakened the Violet Flame Chakra, allows you to connect with all Rescue Flames. These are trans-dimensional vortices of sentient living

flame, that help us to connect on the very deepest levels of being.

Within the colours of Deep Magenta, Pale Lilac, The Violet and Purple Spectrums, and Through the colours of Gold, Silver, Deep Ruby Red and

Opalescent Light, you find the energies of The Violet Flame at work.

Please Note: At some point within our Incarnations, our souls have been able to connect with the Violet Flame and its associated Spheres. You are returning to reconnect with the Presences, Energies and Spheres that you already know how to work with. Through this initiation and Awakening to the Violet Flame, The Chakra and Rescue Flames, you are taking a step to reconnecting with your divine purpose upon this earth at this time.

Connecting to The Violet Flame

To connect with The Violet Flame, create Sacred Space as you have been shown on the day and within the pages of the manual. Give focus to the Violet Flame Chakra and say the Mantra below Seven Times.

Once you feel and connect with the Violet Flame, you can direct the energy as you need or will it.

Connecting with the Rescue Flames

Please Note: While the Rescue Flames are detailed on the following pages, it is wise to be aware that these are potent energy forms. The Presences associated with these Flames, are always invoked in conjunction with them, should you try to connect with them independently it will be disallowed. The Healing Methods and Attunement Methods that follow on from the Rescue Flames, are the guided and recommended methods to use. While you may be directed to add your own work and discoveries, it is wise to keep some of the original content as well.

In this way you are continuing the evolution of the Violet Flame Awakenings, while staying true and consistent with the original blueprint

at the same time.


The Rescue Flames

The Physical Rescue Flame: Vibrating between Deep Reds and Deep Magenta, this rescue flame heals through the process of release. It is the Rescue Flame of the Physical Body, and will release thoughts, feelings, toxins and impurities that have created or contributed to illness. Through the Guidance of Archangel Jeremiel, the physical form can be helped to release the illness and associated thought forms as well.

The Mental Rescue Flame Vibrating between Gold and Deep Magenta, this rescue flame heals through, providing knowledge and sustenance using the process of education. It is the Rescue Flame of the Mental Body, it is through teaching, facilitation and mentoring that the mental body receives the tools and rebalancing it needs in order to face and combat challenges that this body faces. It is the Guidance of The Order of the Violet Robe, that stimulates the healing of the mental body through its collective wisdom, so that it restores and replenishes the Mental body starved of its power.


The Rescue Flame Continued…

The Emotional Rescue Flame: Vibrating between the colours of Opalescent Turquoise and Deep Magenta, this rescue flame heals through the transmission of Divine and Unconditional Love. It is the Rescue Flame of the Emotional Body and through Compassionate Action, transmutes any negative vibrational thought forms such as abandonment, hopelessness or unloved and unwanted. Through the Guidance and Compassionate Action of Archangel Tzaphkiel and Lady Portia’s Divine Aspect, this rescue flame connects the soul with the reassurance, protection and all-encompassing light of the greatest and highest purpose, that only the soul understands.

The Spiritual Rescue Flame

Vibrating between the colours of Deepest Purple and Deepest Magenta, this rescue flame heals through the connection and reconnection to the Place of Guides, Angels and Loved Ones (or Patrons). It is the Rescue Flame of the Spiritual Body, and through raising the vibration to the highest levels of being, available to the soul at this time, the Soul and Spirit of the being held by this rescue flame becomes re-energised. With Guidance and Direction from Archangel Zadkiel, the spiritual body has its vibration raised so that it transmutes and transcends the negative forces, inner daemons and pervading detrimental forces that can limit and weigh the Spiritual Being and Its Body down.


Awakening The Violet Flame

There is no right way or wrong way to pass the initiation of Awakening; there are only three elements that should be included.

2. The Mudra: You will have received a photocopy of both Mudra used within the Awakening.

The Violet Flame Cleansing & Release

The words said in this cleansing are said on behalf of each member of the

group

I ask and invoke the Presence of The Order of The Violet Flame, The

Thrones and Principalities. I request that Council of Ain, the Ain Soph &

the Ain Soph Ur Over-Light these cleansings.

I hereby state, that each soul here has reached a level of Unconditional

Love Consciousness and is willing to let go of any and all karmic ties that

are no longer relevant in our lives NOW.

I call forth The Violet Flame and The Rescue Flames to help in the severing

of all karmic ties to people, places or events within 3rd Dimensional Space,

and to elevate this space and souls to 5th Dimensional Space NOW.

I ask that Ascended Masters of Light and The Order of the Violet Flame to

sever all ties connected to any chakra now – in front of me, behind me, to

my right, to my left, above me and below me.

I ask the Dragon & The Phoenix to cauterise and heal each end of each

severed tie with Golden Light and the Light of Unconditional Love.

Please Activate Grid level one, a 3-circle grid around my 4-body system, of

the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, around this group,

Destroyer Force Angels: Grid level two, a 3-circle grid around my 4-body

spinning out any dharma or karma where there was misused or abuse of

healing powers, where the gifts or psychic abilities were used to control

which you know needs to leave this space at this time to prepare me for

this Awakening.

The Violet Flame Awakening Meditation

Before You Begin: It is important that the students have chosen their Master Crystals. As a reminder, this is sometime best done at the start of the workshop before the first attunement. However, make sure they have their Master Crystals to hand before you begin. Remember: This attunement is also a guided visualisation; you are leading the group. Therefore, it is important that you keep the group together as you lead them through each dimension and back to their bodies.

Enjoy this experience and trust that everything that happens is perfect, even the imperfections are perfect!

When you are ready, simply close your eyes, take a breath and then

begin… “Close your eyes and take two deep breaths.” - Pause “We dedicate this space to the highest energies of Love, Wisdom and Power.” - Pause “I ask Archangel Ariel to fully activate the Merkabah of each member of this group to the speed of Light NOW.” - Pause “I ask that each Merkabah be merged into a Star Dodecahedron Group Merkabah. NOW.” – Pause – “I ask that this meditation and the attunements be brought through our individual Merkabah and the group Merkabah.” - Pause “Place your consciousness in the Heart Chakra and take a deep breath there. - Pause Feel the light tube coming in from above and below. With intention, rotate your consciousness upwards until you are looking up through the tube coming in from above. ensure that everyone is present, together and ready to progress - “As we travel through this tube we emerge as a group into our Galaxy and we observe the myriad of stars all around us. We approach the first dimensional level that we are to pass through and as a group we find ourselves within a dimension of Light, travelling through a corridor of light passing by us, to the left and the right.” - Pause “Feel the movement as you pass through this corridor of light. The light is flowing in


waves of colour as it passes by us. It is stretching off in front of us and we can see it forms a vertical corridor. At the farthest end is void with just the smallest point of light towards which we are travelling. Feel and see the colours as they pass by us, to the left and the right.” - Pause “As we pass through this dimensional realm, we see we are coming to the end of the corridor, and quickly we are through it into the Void. This is the space of all possibility that exists between dimensions. It is the possibility for anything to manifest, at this level, but just the possibility. There is no movement here but always before us is the small point of light.”

- Pause, your about to move into the next dimension so this is a great place to take a breath; check with in with your sense of the group energy;

ensure that everyone is present, together and ready to progress –

“We now see we are approaching another dimensional level. As we enter it, we see it is again a corridor of colours, but this time a horizontal corridor. – Pause - Feel again the movement as we pass through this dimensional realm. Note the colours as they pass above and below us, but far away, towards which we are travelling is the small point of light.” - Pause “We note that we are coming to the end of this dimensional level, - Pause - and once again find ourselves in the Void of all possibilities, but always in front, the small point of light.

- Pause; It is important to check with in with your sense of the group energy, ensure that everyone is present, together and ready to progress to

the next dimensional level - As a group we transition the Void and find ourselves in a spiral dimension composed of the most wonderful colours. It is spiralling around us (in an anti-clockwise direction), it is as if we were travelling down a tube of colour, and as it approaches us it flares out all around us and passes behind. At the farthest end, a blank opening and beyond that, the small point of light towards which we are travelling. Feel the movement of the colours as they spiral around us and pass behind. – Pause We find we are coming to the end of this level as the Void before us enlarges. As a group we pass beyond it and out into the Void between this dimensional level, Infinite possibility and always before us, the small point of light.

- Pause; It is important to check with in with your sense of the group energy, ensure that everyone is present, together and ready to progress to

the next dimensional level - Around us start to appear countless shapes, some stationary others spinning. –


Pause They are in the forms of Fire Letters, Sacred Geometry, Ancient Symbols, the Language of Light. - Pause All are multicoloured, some leave trails of fire, others create the most beautiful music and tones as they pass us by. – Pause Always before us, the small point of light towards which we are travelling. - Pause As we travel through this dimension, allow the activations caused by the Language of Light to occur. - Pause - Pause, take a breath; check with in with your sense of the group energy, ensure that everyone is present, together and ready to progress. You are about to enter into the kingdom of light. Really take you time here and

allow the words to flow naturally. - The last symbols of the Language of Light pass behind us and we are in the Void space leading to the highest dimensions. The small point of light is ever before us and we are aware that it is growing in size. - Pause As we approach, and it gets bigger and bigger, we see we are travelling towards the apex point, the top, of a large, 3-sided, brilliant white pyramid. As we get closer and closer, the base begins to stretch out around us as far as we can see, until the pyramid fills our entire vision. - Pause As a group, we pass through the top of this pyramid NOW. We find ourselves in an enormous Temple of Star Light stretching as far as the eye can see above us. We are in our Bodies of Light and are wearing garments of light. Before us are three huge columns of fire. In the centre is The Order of the Violet Flame, to the left of this column is Archangel Zadkiel, and to the right of the central column is Archangel Tzaphkiel. In the centre is the Archangel Metatron, as we look at them, they assume a form that is more in keeping with our perception of angels. Archangel Metatron welcomes us into the Temple of Light and informs us we are to be Awakened into the Vibration of the Violet Flame.

- Pause – We begin to travel upward as a group to the Apex and find ourselves travelling back through the layers of colour and form. - Pause, take a breath; check with in with your sense of the group energy,

ensure that everyone is present, together and ready to progress - Back through the dimensions of the Language of Light and Back through the spiral dimension composed of the most wonderful colours. - Pause


Back through the horizontal corridor of light and Back through the vertical corridor of light. - Pause Until once again we find ourselves as a group in our own Galaxy… Pause As we survey the many stars in our Galaxy, we notice that one is brighter than the others – Pause - we see it is our own Antahkarana, our light tube and we enter it NOW. As we pass along this tube, we approach our own Crown Chakra, and find ourselves within our Heart Centres once again. With intention, rotate your consciousness back to the correct orientation, facing forwards. Expand your consciousness now so that it fills your entire physical form. Pulse Love and give thanks to all involved in this Awakening, in whatever way you feel is appropriate.

Bring the awareness of the group back into the room gently, giving each individual time to ground themselves and open their eyes.

Healing Methods


Preparing the Space for Your Healing

You can use these processes to prepare your healing space, these are some of the ways, you can use any other form or clearing that you choose.

Sacred Space and the Violet Seven-Pointed Star

Sacred Space is considered to be a Temple of Light, a space between places; that exists within The Void of All Possibilities. This is a place of

manifestation, where the Violet Flame in all incarnations; The Presences, Guardians or Custodians join and merge with our energies, to provide

exactly what we need at that time, it is the most perfect space.

Archangel Michael's Golden Dome of Protection

I now call for Archangel Michael and his legion of angels to create a golden dome of protection for this healing. Archangel Michael serves on

the first ray and his specific function is to provide protection.

Clearing with the Platinum Net

I call forth to Melchizedek, the Mahatma and Metatron to bring down the platinum net through me, the room and the building.

(Platinum is the highest frequency colour available to Earth. The

platinum net will clear the room and the building of all negative and imbalanced energies on all levels.)

Setting Up the Healing Space

You can change the vibration of the room to hold the Vibration of The Violet Flame using some or all the following:

Dedicating the room or a space to healing at the very highest level,

lighting a candle, Crystals, including the use of the Violet Flame Master Crystal, music, bells, bowls, tuning forks. Aura Soma room sprays, scented candles, oil burners. Flowers, pictures of the Angels, Ascended Masters or

Sacred Geometry, Coloured fabrics or accessories.


PRACTICALITIES OF A HEALING SESSION

PLEASE NOTE: The giving of healing is a spiritual process and a sensitive healer, may access information from the client during the treatment through psychic or intuitive senses. This occurs due to the interaction of the energy fields between the healer and the client and often leads to greater awareness on the part of the healer of the client’s problems. Do not set up expectations when you carry out a healing, remember there is an absolute guarantee that every healing is perfect for that person and

every treatment is a different experience for both the client and the healer.

The Healing Session

Ideally, the client should lie on a treatment table, but it is possible to use any convenient surface or even to sit comfortably in a chair. The advantage of a treatment couch is that it provides maximum comfort for the client and for the healer. Only when the client is comfortable can they fully relax, and deep relaxation is a prime benefit as stress reduction can help cure or prevent many other illnesses. Lighting should be soft, perhaps candles. You can play relaxing music in the background; Please ensure that the music level is low as hearing can be amplified during treatment. If you are using a treatment couch, cover the client with a blanket, even in warm weather, just make sure it’s a lighter one. Clients will have their eyes closed and may feel exposed and vulnerable; a blanket helps to ease this and relaxes the client. Respect the client’s wishes; sometimes you may wish to use a tissue over the chest area giving both the practitioner and the client a sense of dignity and respect. Once your client is in position, settle yourself mentally, focusing your mind on the healing. Ask the client to close their eyes and listen to the music. Remember intent is vital. Go through the focusing ritual by taking two deep breaths and going into your feeling body.


When carrying out the first treatment on a new client you should be aware that you are invading their physical space and they may put up “barriers” either intentionally or sub-consciously.

If using a chair, gently place your hands on the client’s shoulders and create a space in your consciousness around you and your client.

If using a therapy couch adopt the hand positions of right hand on

solar plexus and left hand on higher heart. Dedicate this space to the highest healing possible for your client and yourself.

Connect to The Presences and Violet Flame; FEEL its presence.

Ask to be a channel for healing to be brought to your client

according to Divine Will. Feel the Vibration coming into your consciousness.

Allow your consciousness to merge with that of the client.

Learn to “sense” the differences and you will become more in tune as a healer. The Violet Flame Healings are not always soothing and relaxing, they can at times be intensive and deeply releasing. The Violet Flame Awakening and Healings are unconditional and Divine in perfection; it may bring to the surface anything within each of us that is not in Divine perfection and that we need to address as one of the lessons or opportunities that our soul has chosen for this lifetime. A client may feel the symptoms of cleansing, either during or after the healing. Other feelings may be of discomfort in the limbs, especially in the areas of the joints where blocked energy is starting to move. Once the session is over, very gently remove your hands and then step away from the client to “disconnect” and sever all connections.

Thank all involved including the client’s higher self for the healing just received.

Close the space around yourself and the client and ask The Presence of the

Violet Flame to anchor the healing into you and your client.

Send any extra energy down into Mother Earth and affirm who you are.


It is also very important that, when a client leaves after the consultation, you also let go of that consciousness. The healing is in the hands of the Divine, when the Presences and the Violet Flame Healing has been completed that energy has totally merged with us; whatever happens after the healing has completed is already perfect. By holding that consciousness, wondering how they are is not embracing or trusting in the All that Is. However, believing that everything is okay, and that everything is exactly as it needed to be, allows us to release that energy and trust that all is as it should and will be.

The session would normally between 45 & 60 minutes.

The first part of the session is to chat with the client and make them feel comfortable and establish why they have come for the healing.

The second part is the hands-on treatment.

The third part is the opportunity for shared feedback from the

healing experience and to offer guidance of where to go from there and if necessary, to make further appointments.

Remember that the healing begins the moment the appointment with the client is made. Always suggest that the client gives themselves some time to relax and have some time for themselves after the healing session and make sure that you give them a glass of water.


Before Any Healing Session

The way to heal is to see the person as well and healthy; focus on the positive rather than on the issues they have.

This information is mainly for those who are new to healing. More experienced

healers may also find this useful. Remember that a healing sometimes starts long before you see the client face to face.

Dedicate your actions that day to Spirit. Connect with your Higher Self.

Know that you are going to be a channel for the healing energy.

Cleanse & dedicate the room as a healing space however you chose to do so, intention is important.

Create Sacred Space as detailed in the Manual

If possible, carry out the healing with the Client lying down. This ensures that they are totally relaxed, as during the healing they will enter an

altered state.

Stand facing the right side of the client as they are lying down.

Place your right hand on the Solar Plexus, and your left hand on the Higher Heart centre.

The Higher Heart centre is located one hands width below the collarbone, in the centre of the chest. It has a correspondence in the physical with the Thymus Gland. This is where the Soul connects into this incarnation and is the bridge to past incarnations.

In Any of The Healing Methods

Play music of a high vibration, although check with the Client they are okay with it. Attune yourself to the healing, by taking two deep breaths and let go of any thoughts or feelings. Dedicate the space to the highest

healing possible for the client and yourself. Consciously affirm at the beginning that your intention is for the perfect healing session.


Healing as a Channel

Affirm that you are within Sacred Space and through intention call or invoke the energies of the Highest and Divine Love aspect.

Connect with your feeling body, through your heart centre. Before placing your hands on the Client

Recite the Mantra associated with the Violet Flame Awakening.

Pronounced: “Om Push Knee Nam Ah Har” | Written: “Om Pushne Namaha”

- Feel your aura or energy body around you, this is electro-magnetic in nature and a part of your consciousness.

- Become aware of what it is relating back to your consciousness as thoughts,

feelings or as physical awareness.

- Now send a call to The Presences and The Violet Flame and ask them to guide the healing. They may choose to stand behind you and work through the FEELING body.

- Imagine what it feels like to held by this powerful presence standing or merging with you

As they merge with you, let go of the thought that you are breathing air, and start to breathe the energy that you feel merging with you. Feel the energy encompassing your energy fields and that of your Client so that

you feel yourself enveloped in this energy and become Divine Light.

As this happens you become a channel for healing for the client according to Divine Will. With your intention, send this energy down your arms to fill

the physical body of the client.

FEEL the healing energy travelling through your arms. Let this flow establish itself.


- Go next to your aura, your energy body, and allow the energy to flow through your energy body to the energy body of the client. Feel their aura becoming brighter with this Light.

- Let your in-breath, and out-breath become the motion which passes the

energy through you to the client.

- Feel the three energies become as one. You become the Presence.

- From this moment onwards, you are just the doorway, the bridge whereby the Presences, The Violet Flame and Rescue Flames can connect to the person receiving the healing.

- Your job is to focus on the connection, to keep it clear. You do not have to

put your attention on anything else. You and the person are now multi-dimensional beings the Presences will send energy at that level.

During the session you may, or may not be, directed to move your hands to other

parts of the body or around the head area. Use your intuition and be guided in this.

If you are drawn towards the head Do not touch the area as there are chakra’s and attunements happening all through the head Space.

This is an opportunity for the Presences and The Order of the Violet Flame to release old programs, negative thought forms, outdated habits, fears and belief systems that no longer serve the highest good of the client.

This clears the connections and creates a perfect Channel for Greater

Attunement to Spirit. A healing can take anything from 10-25 minutes. You will FEEL when the healing is coming to an end. It is at this point that you ask for any further healing required to

be brought forth before bringing the healing to a close. Allow a moment or two for this – just follow your intuition. When you feel the healing has ended begin to gently withdraw. Connect with your heart and thank all in attendance, and as you breathe out start to let the energy drop away. Ask that The Order of the Violet Flame anchor the healing into the person, in this incarnation, and the physical body and thank them for this. Then ask the Presences to withdraw their energy completely by moving away. As this occurs it is important that you connect through your heart and give thanks for the healing that both you and the client have received. Also thank the Higher Self of the Client for receiving the healing.


Gently and slowly remove your hands from the client. Remember you have formed a very powerful link with the client and any sudden movements can cause a shock, both to you and the client. As you move your hands, start to pull your energy body back into yourself so that you are disconnecting the energies from the client. Now take a small step backwards and affirm that you are disconnected from the client on all levels, through all dimensions. Make some physical movement of disconnection with your hands or arms if you wish. Bring your awareness back into the room and dedicate any excess energy to be sent to where it is most needed on the planet. Send this down through your feet into the earth. Touch the client gently on the shoulder and say their name. Tell your Client that you are going to get them a glass of water and ask them to rest and not to try and get up before you return. The Client may feel lightheaded and you need to be present when they stand up.

Take this opportunity to run cold water over your hands and wrists to ensure that you are completely clear of all the energies.

When returning to the room, allow the Client to come back gradually as she/he may feel lightheaded. Ensure they are grounded. If not ask them to visualise roots growing from their feet right down to the crystal centre of the earth. They may need to visualise themselves grasping their aura and pulling it back to their physical body and stretching it down to below their feet. You may also call upon Archangel Michael for assistance. Offer the client a glass of water and then encourage them to share what they felt and experienced.

The most effective healers are those who heal from a neutral space, without any attachment to the result.


Healing with The Violet Flame & Rescue Flames

Begin as before by bringing through the Presences and Order of the Violet Flame; Open your third eye and either invoke the Presences or Rescue Flames by name or Ask that the Client receive the most appropriate Presence or Rescue Flame for the

healing at that time.

This is the same connecting procedure as with The Healing as Channel. Imagine the energy merging with yours and the Client.

If you have called in St. Germain for example, you can repeat their name(s) silently to yourself. More than Presence can be invoked if it feels appropriate. However, only

one Rescue Flame may be invoked at a time.

Always affirm that you only work with those of 100 % pure light. Continue the healing and just before you intend to finish ask the Angels, Masters and or Galactic Healers if there is any other healing that needs to take place. Request that healing energy be brought in now, in the moment. This may take a few moments. Follow your intuition. At the end of the healing ask for a withdrawal of the energies, starting with the Violet Flame, then Presences and Finally Rescue Flames. Affirm a total disconnection of yourself from the G energies and ask for each to withdraw from the healing and continue the disconnection process as before.

Pulse love and thanks for the healing received as you sense the energies completely withdraw.


Multi-Dimensional Healing & Past Life Healing

The preparations for this type of healing are as before with the same healing positions.

Multi-dimensional healing takes place across all incarnations, dimensions

and separate realities of the client.

Follow the directions for establishing a flow of energy: Once the flow of energy is established through touch, aura, and third eye, we ask that this healing be carried out through all the Clients incarnations, throughout all dimensions and separate realities Letting go of the thought form of the room around you will allow your consciousness to gravitate to that place, dimensionally, where this healing can be most effective. It is an occult truth that the only thing that keeps your consciousness in a specific location when you have your eyes closed, is the thought that your physical body is in that location. You may be guided to invoke The Violet Flame or The Presences. Hold the energy for as long as you feel necessary and when the session is ending, proceed with the withdrawal process.

In multi-dimensional healing, always ask Archangel Metatron as well as The Thrones and Principalities to absolutely close any doorways you may have opened during the healing session as well as to anchor the healing

on the physical level To withdraw from this healing, you need to allow the thought form of the room to start to build up around you once again.

It is important that as you do this you also hold the intention of bringing the client back with you from the healing place.

Continue the withdrawal and disconnection process as before.

Share only the positive impressions with the client that you may have experienced during this healing.

The Chakra System

History

There are several versions or interpretations of the Chakra system, no system is

better than the other and no system is 100% correct and no system is 100% wrong;

it is much like Reiki in that fashion. What I am going to explain is very much my

understanding of the system including some of the information that I have very

recently learnt about them as well.

The Chakra’s are internal to the body, residing within the subtle body sometimes

called the etheric body. There are seven points, each vibrating and radiating a colour

and frequency of their own. Each point connects to an aspect of our lives and our

bodies. Chakra’s don’t ever close down or cease to function unless it is time to pass

beyond the veil and on to the higher side of life. The two most common systems

that are understood are at least a century (100 years) or older and have originated

in India and Tibet.

Much like Reiki and Yoga the system and its knowledge were brought back over to

the American-European culture where it has since been adapted and made more

palatable for us to understand. As time has progressed we have added our own

understanding and with the vast supply of information on hand via the internet in

this day and age we have managed to increase our understanding further, although

as always with the Internet there is always a caution about what you read, as it may

not always been 100% accurate.

Although it may seem out of order the main reason that the picture of the Chakra’s

is before the text is to help you get used to the order of them and also the colour

aspects. However, these may change from person to person as well as how you as a

person resonate within yourself and also with the people you will start to deal with

as your journey progresses. Therefore, on the next page there is a simple exercise

that will help you get used to working with the Chakra’s and their colours. It only

takes about 10-15mins and can be done once a day either first thing or just before

bed.


The Energy Body

History

According to the British School of Yoga’s (BSY) Spiritual Healing Diploma; “The ‘aura’

is an ovoid shape and its width varies from each individual1.” It also states that ‘The

Aura encompasses the emotions of a person in what is known as the ‘astral body’

and the thoughts in what is called the ‘mental body2.’

There are multiple theories and just as many books on the subject of the Aura and

what can be learned from working with it. Some subjects discuss past lives,

spectrum of colours within it, seeing these colours and sensing the colours. Other

books and indeed internet sites attribute healing and various spiritual and psychic

gifts also with the aura.

The aim is to provide an understanding of what the aura is, what it is comprised of

and how or what the auric field is. There can be no definite conclusions drawn as

the subject matter is both subjective and reputed.

What the Aura is

If you consider that the human body is comprised of

atoms, cells, muscles, tendons, bones and skin. To

simplify this a little, it would easier to say that it is made

up of various molecules.

We must also realise and take into consideration that

science has taught us that what keeps the molecules

together including the human body’s is energy.

With this in mind, a connection (however tenuous) could be made that suggests that

this energy may have levels. These would be spiritual, mental, emotional, physical

and also etheric or chakra energy. Each of these various levels would be contained

within the auric field of the human body3.

The only way to prove that the Aura is an

actual living energy field would be to make

use of the Kirlian photography, which

measures the coronal discharge4. However,

such a camera5 comes under very close

scrutiny and scepticism because of its

nature and therefore any evidence was

being purely subjective and open to interpretation.

The Auric field, which is the collective name given to the levels of the Aura. Begins

very close to the body and extends outwards. The physical aura can be ‘seen’ as a

red/orange colour and resides just above the skin layer. Ailments that come from the

physical body (e.g. Ligament pain, kidney troubles, IBS) can be identified by

‘blemishes’ within this level of the aura6. The emotional aura is the layer that sits on

top or above the physical, this is thought to contain any emotional residues,

baggage or trauma7, above the emotional aura is the mental aura.

This aura is where the emotions we experience (i.e. Happy, sad, discontentment,

frustration, love, hate, anger, elation.) register; the phrase ‘tickled pink’ can relate to

the Mental aura’s colour when very happy8.

Above the Mental Aura is the Spiritual Aura. This aura is where it is believed that all

healers (all Reiki healers & spiritual healers), mediums/clairvoyants and highly

evolved spiritual leaders find their inspiration and ability to communication with the

higher side comes from. It is thought that the angelic and spiritual energies connect

through this aura during all spiritual work. The Spiritual Aura within Reiki healing

particularly connects practitioners of the ancient art form to that divine light so that

they can heal themselves and others9.

Chakra Awareness Exercise

- Take your hands to your thighs, below the sexual genital region and hold

them over each other at this point. Roughly 1-2 inches above is fine.

- Breathe deeply in through the nose and out through the mouth and close

your eyes. Just become aware of this point, feel with your hands at this

point for a cushion of energy.

- Take note of what you feel and then move up to just above the belly

button, and again rest the hands at this point.

- Still breathing deeply in through the nose and out through the mouth, and

with the eyes still shut. Just start to become aware of this point and feel

with your hands for the cushion of energy.

- Taking note of it and the feelings that go with it and move up to the

centre of your body and rest your hands at this point, still above the body

just now.

- Again, breathing deeply in through the nose and out via the mouth,

keeping the eyes shut. Just feel for the cushion of energy.

- Now move the hands up to rest on or just above the pectoral/breast area

and take a nice deep breath again, in through the nose and out via the

mouth.

- Find that cushion of energy and once you have it move up so that the

hands are now rest above or just on the throat area of the body.

- You should feel or at least become aware of the cushion a bit easier now,

as soon as you have it, move the hands up to above the brow.

- Again, feel for the energy cushion, take a note of how its feeling and then

rest the hands at the top of the head.

- Take note of the energy cushion here and remember to keep breathing

through the nose and out through the mouth. Once you have done that

open your eyes and sit up.
