Constitution is the rhythm of a rapid heartbeat after someone working out. United States are the eyes of those who cannot defend themselves. Engagements are the interaction between a bee and a flower.

From the Article VI:

All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.
