Our extensive understanding and experience of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts along with Principal’s Related Works (PRW) contracts ensures we establish practical
working relationships with contract service providers, critical to project delivery and of utmost value where contractual conflict or dispute arises.

ASSET MANAGEMENTRES have been providing asset management services to the wind industry since 1992, and have expanded this service to include solar and energy storage projects in recent years.
Our systems have been developed to ensure projects comply with their statutory, regulatory and contractual obligations throughout the project life cycle, while also optimising energy production and revenue generation.
Our Asset Management finance team are well versed in managing the requirements of complex project financing structures and have direct relationships
with many of the major lending banks. We routinely manage the day-to-day financial activity of projects from cash management, invoicing and payments, to the more complex activities involved with managing audits, preparing annual returns and running valuation models.
We have a strong track record in developing technical and engineering solutions to meet emerging needs of projects, from the early days of developing power performance measurement methodologies to recent developments in condition monitoring and reliability engineering.
