OPERATIONAL ENHANCEMENT AOD SYSTEM (continued)

•AOD Request Creator is a web-based application which allows Construction Management and A&E staff to review and resolve most QA/QC observations that arise during construction inspections

•Intended to assist with the close-out of older projects and associated IFA CID reports

•Typical uses include: vandalism, drawing/spec conflict, work corrected and inspected by A/EOR or others.

• IFA Observations entered before July 2011 need to be updated by CID before they are accepted.

QA/QC

• Approved amended plans incorporated into the inspection set with superseded sheets labeled

• All required DOB permits – Current and Posted

• All DOB documents pertaining to the Work
