[284] WHAT Train testing will begin nightly in the cities of Irwindale, Azusa and Glendora, starting Saturday June 29, 2015. Testing will occur Monday through Friday, only. With this nightly train testing, the extended hours of construction as previously notified within these cities will cease. WHEN Beginning Monday, June 29th, train testing will occur nightly. Testing will only be performed Monday through Friday, and will continue at night for approximately one month. There may be additional night time testing needs after that time, however these will be less common and only occur on an as-needed basis. WHERE Nightly train testing will occur within the railroad corridor within the cities of Irwindale, Azusa and Glendora. WHAT TO EXPECT Testing will take place nightly, between the hours of 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Metro will test their trains with the help of the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department, directing traffic at the grade crossings. To limit noise, the grade crossing bells will be disconnected during this testing period and the Metro train operators will use their optional “quiet-zone” horns which sound more like buzzers and are commonly used in residential areas. QUELas pruebas del tren comenzarán durante las noches en las ciudades de Irwindale, Azusa y Glendora, a partir del sábado 29 de junio de 2015. Las pruebas serán de lunes a viernes solamente. Con estas pruebas de tren nocturnas, el horario extendido de la construcción como previamente notificados dentro de estas ciudades cesará.

CUANDOA partir del lunes 29 de junio, las pruebas se llevarán a cabo todas las noches. Prueba sólo se lleva a cabo de lunes a viernes, y continuará por la noche durante aproximadamente un mes. Puede haber pruebas adicionales después de este tiempo, sin embargo, serán menos frecuentes y sólo ocurrirán cuando sean necesarias.
