Dear valued buyers of Bodaiju Residences,

It is with great pleasure that I’m writing to you to share with you on the construction

progress for Bodaiju Residences.

Since the sales of Bodaiju Residences on 22nd August 2015, we had received over-

whelming support and much better than expected sales of Bodaiju Residences. With the

strong support, my construction team has been working endlessly to meet the construction

progress. After completing the UXO clearance and test piling works, we are currently

carrying out piling works in full force.

As part of our continuous engagement with you, I’m pleased to provide you with the

details of the construction in this report and endeavor to provide you with an update on

the construction every quarter.

RE-BAR FABRICATION (BUILDING A & B) FORM-WORK FABRICATION (BUILDING A & B)

Form-Work fabrication was completed for 1FL Super-StructureWork and we keep continue to fabricate for upper floor.

Re-Bar fabrication activities at our workshop in construction sitewhich completed the 1FL Super-Structure and we keep continuefor upper floor.

1FL-BEAM & SLAB FORM WORK (BUILDING A & B) 1FL-BEAM & SLAB REINFORCEMENT (BUILDING A & B)

Reinforcement Work site activities of Building A & B on 1FLLevel of the buildings which completed.

1FL Beam and Slab Form Work installation activities in ourconstruction site. Currently we are preparing the Form Work forthe upper floor.

1FL-RE-BAR CHECK & CLEANING (BUILDING A & B) 1FL-CONCRETE TEST AT SITEMixed Concrete was tested at site before concreting of 1FLLevel. We are following the quality standard to verify thequality from steps to steps in our construction site.

Our engineers are doing the proper check and cleaning beforecasting concrete. We keep checking to bring quality for ourvalued clients.

1FL-MEP WORK (BUILDING A & B) 1F-CONCRETE WORK AT SITEConcrete Work for 1st Floor Level of Building A & B wascompleted in June 2016. This is our concrete casting activitiesat our construction site during night time.

Our engineer are laying the pipe for electricity in 1FL Slab beforeconcreting. This is MEP Work activity after checking and waitingfor concrete casting.
