This programme is ideal for recently appointed Assistant Site Managers, experienced Site Managers with no formal qualifications as well as new employees commencing our Trainee Assistant Site Manager programme. Course content • NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Supervision (Construction) Level 4 • Level 4 HNC in Construction and the Built Enviroment • Functional Skills Maths Level 2 (if required) • Functional Skills English Level 2 (if required) • Functional Skills ICT Level 2 (if required) • Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS) Duration - 24 months Construction Site Supervision This Level 4 higher apprenticeship forms part of our Assistant Site Manager (ASM) training programme and has been developed for the residential development sector. It is an ideal progression route for those who have been recently promoted from either a craft role or a junior technical role as well as those working towards the position of Assistant Site Manager. ASM’s already holding the NVQ Level 4 may be eligible to enrol onto this course with a reduced duration (by recognising prior learning), allowing them to further their knowledge and gain additional qualifications.
