I Love Chile (Santiago)

I Love Chile promotes English in Chile and Chile in English through different media sources: a quarterly magazine, online news, weekly digital magazine, radio and TV. Together with an international, multilingual team of more than 50 freelance journalists, experts, bloggers, social media enthusiasts, designers, and analysts, they keep readers up to speed on what is happening in Chile. The intern will act as the assistant editor and will help with editing, proofreading, writing, and content management of the I Love Chile website and digital magazine.

Empresas COPEC (Santiago)

Empresas Copec is a Chilean energy and forestry company with a chain of gas stations throughout the country. Under the supervision of the Engineering Management team, interns will collaborate with professional engineers and designers to create, build, and implement innovative fuel products.

REUTTER (Santiago)

REUTTER has a branch within the company to develop and import medications for rare diseases in Chile. Interns will work under the supervision of the director of the medical branch to research and identify new niches, analyze findings, and present data to the company’s executives. Interns will research suppliers within the international market and collaborate with engineers to identify critical medical needs.

Universidad Del Desarrollo, Las Condes, Chile Universidad del Desarrollo is known not only for its academic excellence, but also for its entrepreneurial hallmark. Interns will work with professors in the School of Engineering to conduct research on the interrelation between engineering, society, and sustainability. A variety of research topics are available.

Buena Vista Capital (Santiago)

Buena Vista Capital was founded in 2008 as a Private Equity and Asset Management firm. The intern will assist with the investment process and gain real-world experience within the business and economic sectors. The intern

will actively contribute in investment strategy and manage portfolios held by the firm.

Fondo Esperanza(Santiago)

Fondo Esperanza is a non-profit institution created to support economic initiatives of people living in vulnerable conditions by making available to them small loans and training which will enable them to improve their standards of living as well as their families. The interns will collaborate on the “Commercial and Social System” project assisting with the development and implementation of a management model to lead to more efficient outcomes. Intern will conduct an evaluation of the current model and in the proposal of new strategies.

Subela Radio (Santiago)

Subela Radio combines digital radio with a social and innovative approach in order to open information, democratic opinion and promote cultural development through the generation of technology and communication for the public. The intern will support the production team by analyzing and implementing the use of social media for the radio, writing reports on live performances aired on radio, and producing videos of events related to music.
