GEOSPHERE

Ahmedabad, one of the fastest-growing cities in western India, is the

commercial capital of Gujarat. Located on the banks of the Sabarmati

River, it has had a colourful history dating back to antiquity unlike the new

All Sintex Water Tanks can be provided with GI fittings

in size 0.5", 0.75", 1", 1.5" and 2" for inlet, outlet

overflow and scour connections and float valves.

These tanks can also be provided with PVC/ Brass

fittings optionally.

Sintex Tanks in series CCWS, IWS, CNWS, HD & HDH

series are self-supporting and should be rested on any

flat rigid surface giving full bearing to the bottom.

Sintex tanks in series THWS require semi - circular

support structure of M.S., brick or RCC. A number of

Sintex tanks can be connected together and can be

very easily installed on stagings to meet bulk water

storage requirement. Designs for stagings of different

heights and capacities available on request. The

detailed Installation Instruction Manual can be also

given on request.

Sintex Rectangular Tanks are made from UV stabilized

polyethylene in black colour and can be used both indoors and

been a major problem. It takes a lot of time, money and effort to

build or install such tanks. And if the region happens to be

mountainous or remote the task becomes even more difficult.

now bring to you SMC Panel Tanks that overcome all these

problems. Available in large capacities ranging from 500 litres to

10,00,000 litres and more, these tanks have been in use all

Absolutely maintenance-free and with a life expectancy of over

available in knocked-down-state, in the form of light weight Sintex

SMC Panels of standard size of 1 M X 1 M, 1 M X 0.5 M. and 0.5 M

Made out of advanced composite of plastic comprising glassfibre

reinforcement and formulation of selected resins, these Panels

Rainwater Square Gutter System:

SPECIFICATION FOR RAIN WATER GUTTER SYSTEM

Supplying of Rainwater gutter system made from UV stabilized

PVC confirming to IS: 10151-1982 having system code no:

85110 and as per the following specification. The system

consists of extruded square gutter section having an overall

dimension of 110mm X 85 mm with an average wall thickness of

1.5mm ± 0.2mm with usual process variation corresponding to

sintex code number RG-SQ-01. The square gutter section shall

be fixed to the roof edge with square gutter brackets of size

142mm X 142mm with usual process variation corresponding to

the sintex code number RG-SGB-01 and M5 X 25mm brass

machine screw with nuts at 450mm distance maximum from

each other. Square gutter joiner having overall dimension of 105

X119mm corresponding to Sintex Code number RG-SGJ-01 shall

be used to join two square gutter sections with each other. Ends

are closed by using Square Gutter End Caps L/H having overall

dimension 125mm X119mm with usual process variation

corresponding to Sintex code number RG-EC-R-01. Square gutter

running head having overall dimension of 125mm X 119 mm

with usual process variation corresponding to Sintex Code no.

RG-SGRH-01 is suitably placed for water drainage with Down

Spout pipe having dia of 93 mm corresponding to Sintex Code

number RG-DS-01, Down spout joiner, Down spout Elbow and

Down spout clip as per manufacturers specification shall be

fixed to the Square gutter section. All the other attachments

shall be fixed as per the requirement. All joints shall be glued

together by thin layer of suitable solvent cement.

introduces Plastic Flush Doors made out of single multi-chambered extruded

PVC sections.
