Checking & Packaging1. We carefully check each shipping list making sure there are no mistakes.
2. Packing
Option 1 – a standard container house packed in one #at pack, 4 sets combined
into one package. It can be shipped on board just as one 20ft shipping container.
The package will be protected by boards and wrapped in "lm.
Option 2 – mixed packaging; roof and chassis will be packed together with bolts.
All the wall panels packed together with a wooden pallet in the bottom,
corrugated boards on the surface, and XPS in the inner-space. It will be shipped
in a 40ft container.
Packing for Container House
Unloading1. Bulk Shipment
a. take out the small packages;
b. use fork lift to take out the wall panel packages;
c. rig the corner of the container house and drag
the package out
d. use fork lift to lift the container in the middle
and move it out of the the shipping containers
e. put the package on the ground sideways.

A. Unbolt the container packages at the corners
B. sling one container package and lay on the #oor
C. Open the package by free the screws on four corners
D. Sling the roof
E. Take out the wall panels and other parts inside
F. Take o$ the steel bars at the four corners and the plywood
backplates.

Introduction of the wall systemConsists of 0.42mm coloured steel sheets on both sides or one 0.42 coloured
sheet and one 0.42mm stainless steel sheet. Integrated with PU/EPS/ROCK WOOL etc.
The size of the wall is 2310mm” 1158mm. The thickness of the external wall is 75mm and
the internal wall is 50mm. The density of the EPS is 12kgm\m2 the density of the rock wool
is 120kg\m2. The colour of the wall is as per the clients demands.
Fame made of Q345 steel plate bended to profile, welded and galvanized.
Coated with anti-corrosive paint. Laying materials: laminated board, PVC
board, blockboard and cement fibre board.

FACTORY OVERVIEW
ABOUT CONTAINER
HOUSE
The container house is a type of modular house, consisting of a
light steel frame and thermal installation material. It is a new
type of energy conservation and environment project for
housing which is easy and convenient to install. Currently the
container houses have been exported to more than 70 countries
all over the world such as Brazil, South
Africa, Dubai and Japan. It is widely used in construction sites,
temporary residence, shower rooms, kitchens, teaching buildings
and as military camou#age houses. It's servicelife can also last
more than 10 years.
Besides the standard 20 container houses, we also o$er 10, 16
and and 40 containers and other sizes depending on what you
require. What's more, the containers can be
combined and stacked up to a maximum of four tiers high and
combined with any amount necessary when built horizontally.
The fully weighted light steel frame is "rstly galvanized then
painted with anti-corrosive paints which make the house more
durable. The electrical wiring is "rst installed in the
roof which makes the installation more convenient and safe. As
for insulation you can choose between EPS, PU, ROCK WOOL/
DENSITY (120kg/m2).
The thickness of the external wall is 75mm or 100mm and
generally the partition board is 50mm. The window and door are
"tted on the wall panels, so you can easily adjust their position
by exchanging
the places of the wall panels, you can also add more windows
and doors. The bottom of the container house is "tted with fork
lift holes providing the option to move it.
The standard #oor is either PVC or laminated, in order to get
more comfortable living place, you can also add insulation such
as rock wool.
