Toothed belts
Toothed belts transfer forces and torques. All our
Original Heidelberg toothed belts are specially adapted
to the needs of our Stahlfolders® – for optimum preci-
sion and durability. They are manufactured in cooper-
ation with selected suppliers from high-quality textile,
rubber or steel blends. Unfortunately, we can only
show a selection of the popular items in our Original
Heidelberg toothed belt range here. All other toothed
belts can be ordered from us on request. Just give us

Original Heidelberg blades are made of very high-grade
steels, are extremely durable and are designed by us to
handle very high speeds and loads. Replaced regularly,
they ensure a high standard of work and efficient,
pro blem-free production over the long term.

2. Folders/Mechanical Parts Folding rollers
Folding rollers for the Stahlfolder range
Original Heidelberg folding rollers are available in
Classic and Extra Grip versions. They consist of a hard
steel core with a corrugated surface and large journals
that ensure smooth running. 15 mm wide polyurethane
rings are fitted into the steel core for transporting the
folded sheet exactly in the direction of paper travel.
The new Extra Grip folding roller – for extra folding quality
The Extra Grip folding rollers set new standards with
their innovative configuration. The steel segments are
just 9 mm wide, increasing the number of polyure-
thane rings by around 30 percent per folding roller.
There are no longer any overlaps between the
corrugated steel segments. This reliably prevents marks
on the folded sheet, for example with concertina folds
and letterfolds.
