THE ROLE
We are currently looking to grow our team to include a Content Marketing Intern. With support from the Director of Marketing and Communications and the Community Manager, your goals will be to: create content that our key external stakeholders are interested in; manage the distribution of this content on various social media platforms; and measure the results of your activities for continuous improvement. You will develop a schedule for content delivery with the marketing team and assume accountability for managing and prioritizing the necessary content production. You should have a good understanding of social media platforms and how to critically engage with them to support modum’s goals. You should be outgoing and curious, willing to act as a detective with the growing company to develop great stories about our team’s work. You will support the marketing, product, and executive team with content for presentations and engagements. You should be eager to work in a start-up environment and bring your unique set of talents to an enthusiastic and diverse team. modum.io looks for team players that are both collaborative and detail focused, bringing innovative ideas and attentive care to everything they do.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creating interesting and clear content for our token holder community and other target groups as they arise.
• Research trends and developments in relevant industry sectors to create insightful, original content.
• Develop an editorial calendar with the marketing team and ensure deadlines are met.
• Create metrics for success and report results regularly to the marketing team to contribute to its effectiveness.
• Work between German and English to deliver content in either language. • Support the entire team with content creation and presentations for engagements
and events.
PROFILE
● Currently completing or having recently completed a relevant degree. ● Experience with writing for a specific audience. ● An editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences want to read and how to
create it. ● An interest in emerging technologies. ● The ability to communicate ideas clearly and structure written communications
effectively. ● The ability to research industry trends and the impacts of technology. ● Aspiration to take on a self-managed role in a smaller team.
● Proactive and focused, willing to interface with team members at all levels. ● A strong working knowledge of MS Office. ● Strong English and German skills. ● An interest in improving your communication skills in either language. ● Eligible to work in Switzerland.
BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE
● Experience with Social Media marketing. ● Experience with WordPress and Google Analytics. ● Experience writing academic papers in an arts or sciences discipline. ● An interest in relevant industry sectors such as Blockchain, Hardware, Software, Pharma,
