FOTONICA oltre ad occuparsi ormai da anni della luce per interni di ambienti commerciali e non solo, ha volutoaggiungere la propria esperienza nel progettare e realizzare dei prodotti customizzati che soddisfino le esigenze del su misura. Non porre limiti alla fantasia, all’originalità, ma seguire l’aspetto personale di ogni progetto, che quindi risulterà unico. Fotonica adotta standard produttivi e qualitativi attenti al rispetto dell’ambiente e del made in Italy, per questo sceglie materiali certificati e produce secondo procedure certificate. Progettare soluzioni su misura che siano oltreche idonee al design di ogni ambiente, anche attente alrisparmio energetico e ad un’installazione semplice e sicura.

Today Fotonica wants to promote also its experience for designing and developing lighting systems in order to satisfy every customized need. ESEMPIO DI EFFICIENTAMENTO DI UN’AULA SCOLASTICA

È stata considerata un’aula scolastica delle dimensioni di (6.00 X 6.30)m, cioè circa 37m2 con altezza dei punti luce H= 3,35m, illuminata da 4 plafoniere a tubi fluorescenti 2x36W - 840. Dal calcolo illuminotecnico effettuato, vali-dato da prove strumentali in loco, si ottengono circa 260 lux medi sul piano di lavoro (h=80cm). Il sottocontatore in-stallato sulla scatola di derivazione (circuito luce), riporta i seguenti dati:

Nell’aula adiacente, delle stesse dimensioni sono stati sosti-tuiti i tubi fluorescenti con tubi led da 21W. L’illuminamento medio sul piano di lavoro rilevato si attesta a circa 500 lux. I risultati ottenuti da un identico sottocontatore installato sulla scatola di derivazione (circuito luce), sono:

Si desume che le reali potenze sono 45,48W (ballast) per il tubo fluorescente e 21.9W per quello led.Per una scuola di medie dimensioni si ottiene:

EXAMPLE OF LIGHTING EFFICIENCY IN A CLASSROOM

The examined Classroom, having the following dimensions 6.00 x 6.30 meters, that is about 37m2, with lighting fixtu-res installed at H=3,35mt, was lighted with 4 ceiling lam-ps with 2x26W – 840 fluorescent tubes. LED FRESH MEAT



Un alimento come la carne al banco macelleria o nei ban-coni self-service degli ipermercati deve avere un’illumina-zione specifica che vada ad esaltare il colore rosso tipico della carne fresca o degli insaccati. Il circuito LED FRESH MEAT è stato progettato per rispondere a tale esigenza e non ultimo per agevolare la vendita del prodotto.

The meat at butcher’s counter or on supermarket self-service shelves must have a specific light that exalts the typical red colour of fresh meat or sausages. The Led circuit Fresh Meat is designed to satisfy this need and also to make this food more saleable.

LA SCELTA DELLA LUCE E L’APPLICAZIONE DIDISPOSITIVI INTELLIGENTI

La Temperatura Colore della luce è un altro dato moltoimportante in un progetto e la scelta viene adeguataa diversi fattori, non solo estetici o di preferenze edesigenze di illuminazione, ma anche all’impatto psicologico.La tonalità della luce viene quindi studiata diversamentese progettiamo un’illuminazione di abitazioni e uffici, da un’illuminazione di luoghi pubblici quali ospedali,ambulatori o di grandi spazi commerciali qualisupermercati ecc. Questo perché le sensazioni associatea una luce di tonalità calda sono differenti da quellederivanti da una luce fredda. La conoscenza e l’impiego di Dispositivi SMART mobili di controllo (ad es. palmari otablet via wi-fi) permettono di creare un progetto consistemi di illuminazione intelligenti.Attraverso un’illuminazione regolabile, sintonizzabile, esistemi di controllo della luce stessa (smart control) sistudiano soluzioni all’avanguardia e che si integrano anche ad impianti già esistenti in modo semplice e innovativo.

THE CHOICE OF LIGHT AND THE APPLICATIONOF SMART CONTROLS

The Colour Temperature of light is an important point in a project. Its choice is connected with several factors, like estethic factor or because of preferences and needs, but also because of the psycological impact. So the choice of light temperature will be different when we design lighting for residential areas and offices from lighting for public places like hospital, surgery or big store like supermarkets etc. Infact sensations coming out from a warm light are not the same ones of a cold light. Thanks to the knowledge and application of SMART control devices(for ex. palmtops, tablets through wi-fi) we can create a project where also light becomes smart.Applying tunable lighting systems together with smart control devices we are able to design avant-garde lighting solutions that can be easily adaptable to existing plants.

I NOSTRI TEST, LA TUA GARANZIAOUR TEST, YOUR WARRANTYLa camera oscura è attrezzata sia per il controlloluminoso degli apparecchi di illuminazione che per strisce LED flessibili e rigide. A tale scopo le prove all’interno di questa stanza, completamente nera, vengono effettuate servendosi di strumenti idonei all’analisi della luce in tutte le sue grandezze fisiche. Uno di questi è lo Spettrofotometro, uno strumentoper la misurazione dell’intensità della luce, checonsente la giusta calibrazione dei LED in tutte le loro frequenze colore.

The dark room is equipped for testing the lightoutput of a downlight/spotlight but also for the test of flexible and rigid strip LED. Because of this purporse,all the tests inside the dark room (wich must be completely black), are made with instruments that measure the different physical quantities of light. One of them is the Spectrophotometer, that is used for the measurement of light intensity, and thatpermits the correct calibration of Leds havingdifferent colour frequences.
