Acumen is an alliance of two Perth consultancies - these being Gent Consulting Group and People Synergy. Classification Assessments Our consultants have undertaken a number of general human resource consultancy assignments such as functional and organisational reviews, job design and classification assessments across a range of government organisations. Zambotti Consulting was established in 2003 and Darianne is the Principal Consultant and Director. She is an experienced manager and organisational consultant with a successful background in private and public sector organisations in human resources and operational management roles. Darianne brings extensive experience across a wide range of sectors (Health, Postal, Building and Construction, Utilities) from her varied employment roles including HR Consultant, Manager of Occupational Health Safety and Injury Management; Health Service Manager. Darianne has an excellent understanding of Job Design, identifying what work must be performed, how it will be performed, and the competencies required to perform it. Darianne’s qualifications in ergonomics (human factors) enable her to design jobs to maximise job performance and ensure worker health and safety.
