Acumen is an alliance of two Perth consultancies - these being Gent Consulting Group and People Synergy. • developed a Classification Schedule for all Operational Workers at the City of Wanneroo; • developed a White Paper on the implementation of the Specified Callings’ MOU for an agency; • undertaken numerous criteria progression reviews and subsequent submissions; and • created new or revised Job Description Forms to support the various classification management activities.

Classification Assessments Our consultants have undertaken a number of general human resource consultancy assignments such as functional and organisational reviews, job design and classification assessments across a range of government organisations. The majority of our consultants have in excess of 20 years experience in a range of human resource management functions including hands on management and operational HR activities.
