The selection criteria on the contract notice states that: (a) The tenderer should provide evidence

for his own current Quality Management System Certificate according to ISO 9001 or national equivalent; Please confirm that, in case of a consortium of two or more companies, it is enough if one of the members of the consortium has a Quality Management System Certificate.

In the case of offer being submitted by consortium at least one consortium member should comply with the requirements stated in the Supply Contract Notice and provide evidence for his own current Quality Management System Certificate according to ISO 9001 or national equivalent. Please see Article 16 of the Contract Notice: "The following selection criteria will be applied to tenderers. With regard to the Technical Capacity required for this contract, taking into account the different nature of the items requested (agricultural mechanisation, veterinary and laboratory equipment) it is not possible to have one contract in the field related to this contract that includes all these different equipment, or to have the necessary experience in all three fields. a) The tenderer has delivered supplies in

Regarding the past projects required in Article 16 Selection Criteria, we ask you whether the bidder should have one contract or more than one contract in the specified time period greater than 50% of the financial offer. Does it mean 24 disc plus 2 scout discs for 26 discs?

Can you specify the distance between discs? Which fields are these items going to be used? In fruit farms or open lands?

Pursuant to Article 8 of Special Conditions of Contract can the Contracting Authority advise bidders which of the requested products require homologation? We are aware that item 1 Tractors has to have homologation to be used in the Serbia market but we understand that none of the agricultural implements require homologation. We understand that homologation tends to be related to automotive/vehicles only but we would like confirmation that all the other items do not require homologation?

The Contractor is responsible to become timely acquainted with any relevant legal provisions in force in Serbia.

For items 40 and 41: can you please confirm if water level measuring rods are to be used in a fixed permanent position in a river or water course or is it supposed to be a portable staff type water level gauge that is dipped into the water to determine the approximate depth? Also does symbol -5- mean to? If that is the case are the measurement correct as you could have a gauge that is 215 x210 x 210cm in size

We note that you only require three tractors but you have multiple destinations that have tractor drawn implements - can we assume that those end user sites already have tractors and that they are 55Kw/75Hp?

No additional information to be provided at this stage.

Item 3 requests a working width of 2.7m with a requested disc diameter of 450mm this means that the harrow could not be used with a 55kW/75Hp tractor you would need something much larger. Should bidders offer a harrow with a smaller working width and smaller disc diameters that can be operated on the requested tractors?

On Item 36 please confirm you require a set of 4 different pipettes (Fixed: 100 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml Variable: 50-200 ml) for a total quantity of 22 pieces / per set

In Item 3 we note that there is no inclusion of any roller/packer integrated with the product which is unusual. Cultivated land invariably has some sort of tamping or levelling of the soil integrated with the disc harrowing -please confirm you do not require any roller/packer.

PTO shaft is not requested.

Both are acceptable.

Would English and Croatian language be acceptable for some product manuals as we have been advised that the languages are very similar and other Serbian customers have had no issue with Croatian manuals if it is absolutely essential that manuals are in Serbian we will arrange translation?
