Our mission is to complement your business goals by providing relevant, engaging and affordable training opportunities.

Our Business Solutions team is dedicated to matching our training capabilities to your workforce needs. We strive to accommodate your enterprise goals by working with flexible scheduling and training location options. Our instructors are well-versed in working with adults to grow their subject material competencies while meeting the needs of your organization.

training budget go even further by recouping up to two-thirds of the money you spend. EZA is a retraining job credit that can help businesses stay competitive as you work to keep your business growing!

EZA provides a reimbursement for funds spent for training production line employees, first-line supervisors and equipment/maintenance technicians. The training can cover a range of topics from introducing new technology, annual safety training, maintenance and repair training, as well as supervisor training for front-line supervisors.

The credit is allowed for up to $1,000 reimbursement per qualified employee per year. We have helped clients save thousands of dollars!

Apprenticeships and Sector PartnershipsTrident Technical College provides services to assist your company in developing apprenticeship programs, with the formal learning component consisting of academic or continuing education courses. We will also work closely with Apprenticeship Carolina to assist in registering your apprentices with the U.S. Department of Labor. The state of South Carolina offers an incentive to qualified programs by providing a $1,000 state tax credit per apprentice, per year for up to four years.

The sector partnership concept provides employers the opportunity to partner with other businesses to form a class that is funded by the consortium. Greater flexibility in the number of employees that can be registered and a sharing of the overall costs makes this a win/win scenario for supporting workforce development and effectiveness. Examples of programs that can be built for your organizational demands include training for industrial maintenance mechanics, electrical and instrumentation technicians and fiberglass finishers.

Assessments and TestingDoes your workforce have the skills needed to drive continuous improvement, reduce waste, improve operating results and build customer loyalty? Are you hiring workers who have the drive and capabilities of improving their skills through focused training? TTC’s Business Solutions Group provides highly reliable assessment testing services in order to provide you with a clear understanding of current and future training needs designed to enhance workforce effectiveness.
