WHO IS CONTRIBUTOR??

I am SONALI KAKADIYA from government engineering college,Bhavnager.

I came to Mr. RANCHHODBHAI KAKADIYA , a well known person in diamond industry for his interview.

I asked him few questions about his carrier. Let’s see his interview.

INTRODUCTION

MR.Ranchhodbhai kakadiya

ANS) I have experienced about 35 years.

I am in 4th standard when my parents lost .

Because of responsibility of jointed family,

I was jointed diamond business as a worker

But now I feel very proud to say I get my

happy life more than Imaging.

Q) HOW MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE?

ANS) I take my work as my goal and my passion because

without any goal u cant be a successful. I believe ,

My success is depend on my luck but also because of

my rule “make happy and be happy” .

Remember never say no to anyone for help .

Q) SINCE YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL…SIR, HOW DO

YOU TAKE YOUR WORK?

ANS) to become a successful businessman you have the following qualities you have to run with the time you must have better communication skill you should have the ability of leadershipNever afraid with the problems ,face the problem with true confidence either you get success either or a very good experience

Q) ACCORDING TO YOU WHAT ARE THE QUALITIES TO BECOME A SUCCESSFUL

BUSINESSMAN?

ANS) Sometimes I take it as an opportunity and sometimes as a hurdle . but I never lose my hope for the success in any situation.

Q) DURING YOUR LONG SUCCESSFUL CARRIER, YOU MIGHT HAVE FACED SOME

CHALLENGES HOW DO YOU TAKE IT?AS AN OPPERTUNITIES OR AS A HARDLE?

ANS) I think both. But we may always be ready to let go in some situations to be the best.

Q) ACCORDING TO YOU WHAT IS A JOB SATISFACTION? A)EXTERNAL SATISFACTION B) INTERNAL SATISFACTION C)BOTH

ANS) I encouraged them by giving the best challenges and motivate them by giving some inspirable examples.

Q) SIR, SOMETIME IN YOUR CARRIER YOU MIGHT HAVE FACED YOUR JUNIORS ARE NOT WORKING ACCORDING TO YOUR EXPECTATION. HOW DO YOU MAKE THEM WORK?

ANS) To get reorganization from authority regarding new development environment friendly problems.

I wish India make a progress in business world and I hope so I will try my best to do work and give work.

Q) WHAT IS YOUR LONG TERM VISION?

ANS) create a best vision and do best. Be creative to fulfill your goal you have to struggle for success in any situation

Q) WHAT IS YOUR ADVICE OR MESSEGE FOR FUTURE

YOUTH????

ANS) The example of ‘I can do’ is when I start my work as an common man .Another thing is think always positive definitely you will get this. Fight with problems till you don’t get that what you want.

Q) CAN YOU GIVE ME ANY EXAMPLE OF YOUR PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IN WHICH YOU DEMOSTRATE ‘YOU CAN DO’ ATTITUDE AND OVERCOME THE ‘FEAR OF FAILURE’

IN THIS WAY THE BEST PERSON WHO IS A GREAT CONTRIBUTOR AND A HERO IS MY DAD FOR ME .

TO BECOME A CONTRIBUTOR WE SHOULD START TAKING INTEREST IN THE ACTIVITIES IN OUR LIFE

ONCE YOU DO GOOD, YOU ARE BOUND TO BE MOREINTERESTED AND DO BETTER.
