CDC Was started in 8th July 1957Founder ofCDC- Mr. William Norris.
The company initially was capitalized at $600,000.
The company assets was $2.6billion by 1986.The company sales was $3.3 billion .
CDC was recognized by BUNCH member.
The Primary business ofCDC was computing
hardware ,peripheral equipment and computerservices.
Its build the worlds first super computer.

CDC developed PLATO.(Non hardware area)
It was utilized in minicomputers for run the
software and for providing training andeducational programs.
Investment in PLATO is nearing $1 billion yetthe operation had never covered its costs.
In 1968, CDC purchased CCC to provide leasingarrangement for purchase oflarge mainframesystems.
