PURPOSE OF A MUSIC VIDEOo Allows fans to receive information about the artist, allows them to engage with artist

The artists name is at the top of the site. There is also various links to the artists social media pages so the visitor can keep up to date with the person.

The titles for various sections of the website are clear at the top of the site which allows easy navigation around the aspects. This allows the user to see up to date information about the artist and to see what they are able to purchase in relation to the artist, i.e. merchandise.

Large advertisement of his tour. The biggest thing the artist is offering to the fans at this moment so the display of this is large and eye catching.

The ‘news section’ allows the fans to see the most up to date information about the artist. Gives the fans ability to see what they have been doing and links them to videos or latest song releases.

The colour scheme of the site is primarily black and white, with some text in purple and a single colour image. This gives of s sense of style the artist is going for and help key information stand out compared to the rest.

Little Mix’ website is very simplistic and stylish.

The user is presented with a large image of the band which has a personal feeling to it due to the close up of the girls and the colours in the image.There are links to all sections to the website in the centre of the page. The placement is unmissable which allows ease of use to the visitor of the page.

The bands logo is displayed bottom centre of the screen.Link to buy their latest album is in clear display on the left hand side of the screen. This stands out due to the black against the subtle background.

Once the visitor has click of the home screen and returns, the background image changes on return.

If the user clicks on the 3 lines at the top, they are taken to a page which has more options for them to navigate around. For example, links to their social media pages and a clearer menu to use the website.

Large image of the music artist. Allows fans to instantly recognise the person and associate her with the style of the page.

The artists name/logo is extra large on the opening page. Makes the logo recognisable instantly.

Displays information about her latest album as main message of home screen.

Icons to allows the user to keep up to date information from the artist, for example signing up for email updates and newsletters.

If you scroll down, the first thing you see if a section called ‘the latest’ which allows the visitor to see what the artist has been up to recently. Allows visitor to keep up to date with the artist.

This website has gone for the simplistic aspect. The screen is filled with a large image of the artist and minimal font around it.

Main navigation menu on the left hand side. Clear for easy access. Name of artist in a larger font than section headings.

Social media links and a search bar also o the left hand side for the user to stay in contact with artist. Link to listen to artist music, placed bottom centre underneath

large image of artist. This is main aspect of site as the ease of use allows user to hear music immediately from one click.

Extremely stylish and eye catching image of artist.

Allows user to own an account on the site. Asking them to ‘join’ the site.

User chooses which country they are from to make the information based at them, giving them relevant links for the individual.
