TEXTILE EP FLAT BELTINGSpeedbird Supplies Ltd are able to offer most specifications of EP flat belt in widths

from 300mm to 2000mm, many available from stock.

All of our Standard Grade Conveyor Belting is DIN Y and conforms to DIN 22102.

The EP Fabric (Polyester/Polyamide) reduces the stretch under tension to a minimum.

Special Qualities

We are also able to supply special quality conveyor belts, some from stock or at very

short notice.

These include Oil Resistant, Heat Resistant and Fire Resistant. If these aren't available

from stock, we are able to have them manufactured to your requirement. (Where a

minimum order quantity may apply for certain belt types).

DRY BACK (GLIDE BELT)Dry Back or Glide Belt is used where the conveyor belt is required to run on a flat steel bed.

The belt has no bottom cover and utilises a low friction fabric on the underside.

This is available from stock as EP250/2 2:0

and EP400/3 2:0 in widths from 300mm to

2000mm. Other specifications are available

on request and may be subject to a minimum

order quantity.

Cover grades available are Standard DIN Y

and Oil Resistant.

GRIP FACE (ROUGH TOP)Grip face or Rough Top belt is used where boxed or bagged items need to be conveyed

on an incline. These offer excellent grip for packed items in any conditions.

This is available in Standard Type Belting with

a bottom cover and and dry back with no

bottom cover where the conveyor employs a

slide bed.

The standard ratings are EP250/2 2:1 or

EP400/3 3:1 for standard types, and EP250/2

2:0 and EP400/3 3:0 for Dry Back types,

CHEVRON BELTINGSpeedbird Supplies Ltd can supply a wide range of Chevron Conveyor Belting in widths

from 400mm to 1600mm and chevron heights from 15mm to 32mm.

Belts can be supplied in Black Standard or in special qualities on request (minimum order

quantities may apply).

SERVICE MATERIALSIntroducing CORRUBOND and CORRUPRIME, our own adhesive and metal primer that has

been developed in conjunction with a leading European adhesive manufacturer to meet the

stringent demands of the Conveyor Belt Industry. This has been exhaustively tested in house

and with the manufacturer and is proven to offer extremely high adhesion strengths.

Repair Strips and Diamond Patches

Available with or without fabric reinforcement and can be supplied in a variety of sizes.

RUBBER SHEET AND LAGGINGDiamond Lagging

Our Diamond Drum Lagging is available in both Mini and Maxi Sizes. Mini with 35 x 19mm

diamonds and Maxi with 46 x 26mm diamonds, all with Bonding Layer Roll size is

2000mm x 10m and thickness from 8mm to 15mm for Mini Diamond and 10mm to 20mm

for Maxi Diamond.

Ceramic Lagging

Ceramic Lagging is available, some specifications from stock. Thicknesses of 12mm, 13mm,

15mm and 20mm available.

Rubber Hardness is 65ShA, and the Ceramic tiles are 92% Aluminium Oxide, giving excellent

wear resistance and grip in extreme operating conditions.

All come with bonding layer.

RUBBER SHEET AND LAGGING SANDWICH SCRAPER RUBBER

A premium quality sandwich scraper rubber

for V Scrapers, available in thicknesses of

15mm, 20mm and 25mm.

Precut rolls of 15mm and 20mm available

in widths of 100mm, 150mm, 200m and

250mm. Rolls are 10m long.

Outer black rubber - 60° ShA Hardness

Inner red rubber - 40° ShA Hardness

SIDE SKIRT

Premium Quality black side skirting in high

quality 60° ShA rubber.

Available in various thicknesses from 6mm to

20mm. Roll sizes from 1400mm to 2000mm

wide and 10m long.

10mm thick skirting is available as pre-cut rolls

that are ready to install. Widths of 100mm,

150mm, 200mm and 250mm.

LINING MATERIAL

Belt Cleaning Systems

the life of you belt. The PT Max Trainer has a

true pivot and tilt system making it the only

high performance belt trainer of it's type on

the market.

LUWIREP REPAIR SYSTEMSpeedbird Supplies Ltd are the exclusive distributor for the LUWIREP repair system from

Lutze Fordertechnik GmbH.

LUWIREP is a two part self mixing repair liquid that is touch dry in just 45 seconds.

In only 40 minutes, the repair can be buffed and the conveyor belt returned to service.

An excellent solution where down time on a conveyor must be kept to a minimum.

Two type are available, LUWIREP 70, suitable for Rubber Repairs with a Shore Hardness

of 70 and LUWIREP 85 for harder PU type repairs with a Shore Harness of 85.

Pack sizes are 50ml, 400ml and 1400ml. All sizes and application tools are available from

Speedbird Supplies Ltd.

CORRUFLEX SIDEWALL AND CLEATED BELTSCORRUFLEX™ Sidewall and Cleated belting can be supplied to suit almost any application.

Sidewall heights are from 40mm to 400mm and cleat heights from 40mm to 360mm.

Base belts can be either EP or XR Cross Stabilised, and are available in many rubber qualities.

We can also supply loose profiles. Our CORRUFLEX™ brochure is available from our website.

VULCANISING PRESSESVulcanising presses of both Sectional and Frame types can be supplied along with accessories

such as cooling systems and compressors.
