Cook to order in small batches on medium to medium-high heat Use a non-stick skillet or sauté pan Use the right size pan: 1-2 servings use a 8-10.5” pan; 3-6 servings use a 12-18” pan Allow layers to form or gently stir Get creative: you can prepare scrambled eggs, French toast, fried rice, breakfast burritos, frittatas and more Do not Cook on high heat or re-heat Prepare in large batches Bake (although JUST Egg does work in some baking applications, including quiches and casseroles) Cook on flat-top griddles or steam in a Combi-Oven Stir constantly or chop For more information visit ju.st Thaw completely and shake well before use. Pour JUST Egg into preheated (non-stick) skillet or sauté pan. Pan should be coated evenly with butter or oil. Cook on medium to medium-high heat in small batches. Use a rubber spatula to occasionally scrape and pull mixture across pan, until product is cooked and no longer appears liquid. Serve immediately while hot.
