YUBARIYubari city is a city of the Sorachi,

Hokkaido branch. Yubari city was located in the

central part of Hokkaido and ever prospered as

metropolis of the Ishikari coalfield. It is known as a

production center of the Yubari melon. I took the

blast of a serious financial difficulty in 2006, and it

was appointed (2007) in the body of financial

reconstruction with March 6 in 2007.
