This is a manual vision measuring machine equipped with a color CMOS camera.
A series of 2D vision measuring machines that offers high-efficiency measurement with a double telecentric optical system. QI-A models offer wide field of view (32×24mm). QI-B series (12.8x9.6mm) can offer easy dimensional measurement of micro-workpieces and workpieces with uneven surfaces.
The opti-fix system allows the quick and safe solution of very different tasks using only a few components. In case of measuring methods using reflected as well as transmitted light for measurement of cubic, rotationally symmetrical and especially flat workpieces, the use of opti-fix is a really practical solution.

Since January 2004, PT Kawan Lama Sejahtera Calibration Laboratory provides calibration services for various measuring instruments. Accredited by Komite Akreditasi Nasional (KAN) LK-066-IND, calibration quality at Kawan Lama Calibration Laboratory is guaranteed and will be done in Accurate, Fast, and Right.
Kawan Lama Calibration Laboratory offers a calibration services ranging from check and maintenance service to identify the condition of measuring instrument, and repair service if there is damage. We also provide spare part provision service if part replacement is needed and calibration contract service which manages the calibration schedule of the measuring instrument regularly to provide the best performance.
a. Training purpose• Perform calibrations of measuring instruments according to methods and
procedures on rightly and accurately way.• Eliminates measurement uncertainties in reporting calibration results.• Applying calibration based on production needs.
b. Required for?This training is required for QA / QC personnel, test engineers, supervisors, and production managers. It’s also beneficial for machine operators in the production process, and employees who do the production design.
c. The trainersThe trainers are senior experienced laboratory instructors in the field of dimensional calibration (Mitutoyo), force (IMADA), torque (FACOM) and hardness (Mitutoyo). They also have calibration certification from trusted national and international institutions, as well as a permanent instructor in calibration laboratory accredited by KAN (ISO 17025).
d. Training methods and facilityThe training methods of the calibration are based on JIS (Japan Industrial Standard), and ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) so that it can be directly applied to various industrial fields. The training location is in Jakarta and will be implemented at a real calibration laboratory. Participants will be provided with training module, samples of calibration record and calibration results.
