We are looking at the commercial and residential growth to the west and northwest of Copperfield as possibly having an impact on our area’s ability to drain, and Copperfield’s own storm drainage infrastructure. We would like to know what your thoughts, experiences, and concerns are with any flooding occurring on your property. The Northwest FlyersTrack Club will host its annual freeinformation/registrationbreakfastonSaturday,February6,2010,forallboysandgirls,andtheirparents,interestedinjoiningforthe2010trackseason.Thebreakfaststartsat8:30AMattheCypressCreek Christian Community Center Forum located at 6823CypresswoodDr.,Spring,TX,77379. The breakfast is the annual opportunity for youth athletes toregisterforthe2010summertrackseason,andtomeettheNorthwestFlyerscoachesandstaff,andothernewandreturningathletes.TheeventwillbehighlightedbyaspecialpresentationfromamemberoftheUSATrack&FieldOlympicteam. TheNorthwestFlyersTrackClub isayouth(ages6-18) trackorganization, affiliated with USATrack & Field (USATF), thatprovidesafullprogramofsanctioned“track”eventssuchassprints,hurdles,middledistance,distanceandrelays,andsanctioned“field”eventssuchaslongjump,triplejump,highjump,polevault,discus,shotputandjavelin.TheNorthwestFlyershasapproximately285

members,boysandgirls.Theclubwasfounded23yearsagobyOlympicgoldmedalistFredNewhousetofosterthedevelopmentofyouthtrack&fieldintheNorthwestHoustonarea.
