Weighted soft toy animal workshop Tuesday 2nd March 3.30pm - 5.30pm Weighted toy animals can be a calming sensory tool when stressed or overwhelmed. Have a go at making your own! All materials provided Body Positivity Course Fridays 5th, 12th, 19th March 3.30pm-5.30pm Learn new skills to challenge insecurities and embrace positive aspects of yourself, and become part of the 'body positive' movement to change your world Understanding self harm Monday 15th March 3.30pm - 5.30pm Skills to support your own or someone elses' understanding and recovery Art for healing: Mindful self-portraits Saturday 20th March 10.30am - 12.30pm Skills to support your own or someone elses' understanding and recovery
