Campuses with a large turnover will need to have

unslugged sheets ready. You can not grade them until after

the Chancery sync


Look at the Answer Sheet– Make Sure the Correct

Test Name Appears– If you have a Griddable

or Rubric, Make Sure it is in the Correct Place on the Answer Sheet

– Make Sure the Correct Number of Items are on the Answer Sheet

Verify Form and Answer Sheet Match

Please refer to the Curriculum Website to verify the assessment and form. ALWAYS print one to verify the assessment and form

Check the “Scanned_Answersheet” directory– Each student answer sheet should be a separate

TIFF– Each TIFF should be about 50 KB in size

You may scan different tests and grade levels at the same time

Check “Rejected_Answersheets” DirectoryIf Student ID bubbling error, fix and rescan

After Grading

If you have rejected answer sheets you will need to sort you

batches to locate them and rescan them for the student to have a

grade.


2 Students Not Processed– If student is new,

hold until next Chancery update

– Move Tiffs to “scanned answersheets” directory or rescan after update

Missing Student Data

This is in reference to your unslugged answer

sheets. They can be graded after the Chancery sync.


TWB “looks” in the following directory: C:\Program Files\TeacherWorkbench\Scanned_Answersheets

Limit batches to 50-100 scans Graded sheets to are placed in:

C:\Program Files\TeacherWorkbench\Graded_Answersheets

Files are renamed using the following format:

•Test__Student_GradeDate_Time•7864_0161205_200510222236.tif

Files stay in directory

Rejected Answer Sheets are placed in:C:\Program Files\TeacherWorkbench\Rejected_Answersheets

Check this directory each time you grade for:

–Misfeeds, damaged sheets, other (not answer sheet) papers
