1. MARK A PERIMETER 3 INCHES LARGER IN DIAMETER THAN THE DIAMETER OF THEREPAIR SLEEVE. ON THIS PERIMETER, EITHER CORE THE ENTIRE OPENING OR DRILL ASERIES OF 1 INCH OR LARGER HOLES A MAXIMUM OF 5 INCHES APART,CIRCUMFERENTIALLY AND CENTER TO CENTER.
2. SET REPAIR SLEEVE IN HOLE ON CORRECT GRADE. MORTAR COMPLETELY WITHNON-SHRINK GROUT OF THORITE, BLENDCRETE, OR AN APPROVED EQUAL. MIXMATERIAL AS PACKAGED WITH CLEAN WATER. PACK ANNULAR SPACE FIRMLY WITHGROUT AND SHAVE EXCESS MATERIAL EVEN WITH WALL. DO NOT INSTALL INTEMPERATURES BELOW 35°F.
3. ALLOW MATERIAL TO CURE A MINIMUM OF SIX HOURS BEFORE INSTALLING PIPE.
4. FOLLOW THE GROUT MANUFACTURER'S MIXING, PLACING AND CURINGRECOMMENDATIONS.
5. MANHOLE SHALL NOT BE BACKFILLED AND SHALL BE KEPT DRY FOR A MINIMUM OFEIGHT HOURS TO ALLOW CURING OF NON-SHRINK GROUT.
