as mass.
Example – The mass of a box is 4 Kg.

heavy an object is.
Example – the backpack weighs 5 pounds.

ExamplesKilogram is a bigger unit. Objects with more mass are measured in
Kilogram. Examples – cycle, car, telephone
Objects with less mass are measured in grams.
Example – paper pins, pencils

Answer- 960 grams is less than a Kilogram as 1 Kg = 1,000 grams

Conversion Unit To Convert Kilogram (kg) to gram (g)-
Multiply with 1,000Example- 5 Kg = 5 x 1,000
= 5,000 grams To Convert grams (g) to Kilogram (kg)-
Divide with 1,000Example – 6,000 g = 6,000/1,000
= 6 Kg
