Potential Issues for the LAP to address

.Vacant sites: Explore temporary uses, improve visual character, open up pedestrian connections etc.

.Blockages to connections: Deliver the main street/boulevard, the northern parkway and improve local movement east to west for residents (access to schools, the park, services etc).

.Major infrastructural projects still need to be delivered: Malahide Road/ R017, Drumnigh Cross, connections to Baldoyle.

.Extant permissions not yet commenced: Do we re-evaluate designs and land use proposals?

.Building standards: Overview durability of external finishes used to date, success of design, road and footpath finishes , landscape design etc.

.Compliance with past planning permissions ( provision of sports centre, library , completion of road connections etc)

.Create pedestrian and cyclist through routes to improve integration

.Progress river Mayne Linear Park- recreational route to the coast ?
