About UsPenniBlack Catering Services is a leading London event and contract catering companythat delivers first-class food for your every whim. We know how to have fun with food,from the hob, to the job, and we want to bring the party to you. We cater for everyprivate and corporate occasion, from lively Christmas parties, to business lunches andclient entertaining.

At PenniBlack, we subscribe to the Holy Grail of gastronomy: the triple SSS. That's'Seasonal', 'Sustainable' and 'Sourced Locally'. Adding a dash of creativity to freshingredients, we devise personalised menus that match your event to perfection.

We can offer a variety of packages for your corporate events. All of your bookings will bemanaged by a dedicated event manager will oversee the logistics of your event.

About YouPenniBlack are happy to be able to offer many styles of catering for your business toensure you are able to create really bespoke events with great food your clients willlove.By offering set menus or the opportunity to get really creative and design menus withour events team and chefs, we ensure all culinary needs are catered to! We especiallylove creating menus considering favourite themes and cuisines; clients will always haveexquisite meals when they come to visit!

The following menu prices are calculated using 10-15 people minimums and are basedon approximate staff and equipment costs required to achieve the best service. Eachmenu price could change depending on the needs for each booking that you make withPenniBlack. We will aim to arrive for your delivery at the scheduled time, howeverplease allow a 30-minute window for delivery when booking your event with us.

The Events Team at PenniBlack have expertly organised many CorporateEvents, from office canapé parties to rooftop barbecues. Often our clientsneed a helping hand and we are happy to offer full event management toinclude venue finding, professional staff, marquees, floristry, lighting,entertainment, equipment hire or anything else you may require to bringyour event together.

Over the years, we have had the pleasure of working with a whole range ofsuppliers who love events as much as we do. This means that we can hand-pick superb suppliers who will work with our Events Team to make sureyour event is perfect from start to finish!

❖Package prices shown in this brochure are based on the average requirements for theindividual package and can vary depending on menu choices, equipment choices, guestnumbers and the logistical requirements of your venue. Items marked with * arepremium items and subject to a higher rate.

❖Hot food package prices are subject to change depending on the requirements of thevenue, kitchen facilities available and logistical capabilities.

❖PenniBlack are approved caterers, or sole caterers at many venues. In most instances weare able to work at new venues even if we are not on the ‘approved’ list. We are able toprovide the venue with all the necessary insurances, risk assessments andrecommendations from other venues to give them the reassurances they need.Sometimes a venue will want the caterer to pay a fee if they are not on the existingapproved list. If we are new to a venue, we hold a thorough site visit with the eventmanager and head chef and carry out all necessary risk assessments prior to the event.
