1) Overview
We have upgraded our Corporate Internet Banking Portal Services to enhance the Login and Password
Management Journeys for portal users. Users may use this manual for the Forgot Password and Unlock
functionalities on the login page.
2) URL Change
The URL to access our Corporate Internet Banking Services will be www.indusdirect.indusind.com. The
existing URLs indusups.indusind.com for IndusDirect and connectonline.indusind.com for Connect
Online will no longer be applicable. If user use these URLs, they will be automatically redirected to
www.indusdirect.indusind.com.
3) Login Journey
All our existing Corporate Internet Banking Users, currently use the details mention in the grid below to
login to the internet banking.
Corporate Internet Banking Channel Credentials Used
IndusDirect Users Customer ID + User ID + Login Password
Connect Online Users Domain ID + User ID + Login Password
During upgrade, new Login Password will be sent to the registered email id of the active users from
official email id [email protected].
All other credentials i.e Customer/Domain ID + User ID will remain unchanged.
Please note email id registered with the Bank will be the one shared in the User Acceptance Form, at the
time of onboarding.
When users click on www.indusdirect.indusind.com, they will be directed to the below screen:

When user clicks on Continue to Login, the user will be redirected to the login page

Here the users have to provide their existing Customer ID (for IndusDirect users) or Domain ID
(for Connect Online Users) ,

The login password newly received from [email protected].
Please note we have updated the Captcha functionality in the login page.
on first login, after successful validation of password and captcha, user will be forced to change
their password.
For this password change, OTP will be delivered via Email as well as Mobile.

After entering the OTP, User will be requested to provide New Password, Reconfirm the
Password.
After successful OTP validation, the user will be confirmed on the password change.
Please note Password will be as per password Policy of the Bank, a combination of letters,
numbers and special characters.

Upon successful password update, user will receive an email confirming the Password Change on the
registered email id.
User will be required to login to the Corporate Internet Banking portal with the new password, after
resetting the password.
4) Forgot Login Password
On the Login screen, users can click on Forgot Login Password to reset their login password. This
functionality can be used even for first time login post go live. However, first time users will have to
enter the split OTP received on registered email and mobile.

Users have to enter the Customer ID and User ID
Users have to enter the Email and Mobile OTP. Users who have opted for Verify App have to enter the
Verify App Code.

5) Unlock Me
Users can unlock their ID by clicking on “Unlock Me” on the portal
Enter Customer ID and User ID and enter the Email OTP and Mobile OTP. Users who have opted for
Verify App will have to enter the Verify App code.
