This is a five (5) year, not-to-exceed $8,500,000.00 Contract to provide Janitorial Maintenance and Stationary Engineering Services in accordance with the Scope of Work, herein. Contract Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on the basis of the GRAND TOTAL COST, whereby the Contractor shall perform all required services during the contract term. Quantities listed are for bidding purposes only and may vary. All bids are good for ninety (90) days from the bid due date. All line items must be bid to be considered responsive. No additional terms and conditions will be allowed; admission of such may deem your bid non-responsive.
