A Supplier Audit & verification is an essential step in securing your supply chain, when selecting new suppliers.
In-house inspectors conduct an on-site evaluation of the factory to help you understand the level of

WHAT IS DURING PRODUCTION INSPECTION (DPI) ?
Also referred as Online Product Inspection or During Production Check, (DPI) usually takes place when production starts
and packing has begun.

Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) is an essential element of supply chain management. PSI is also referred to as a Final Random
Inspection (FRI). It is done at the end of production, as soon as the tiles are packed in boxes (before palletizing).

WHAT IS PALLETIZING WITNESSING INSPECTION (PWI) ?
We inspect pallets to be in good condition, free of smell and/or humidity, following Pallet Design, using correct type of wood
and meeting dimension specifications. We also witness Palletizing of; Right Product, Correct Labeling, No mixing of Batch/Shade, Quantity of Boxes per Pallet & its placement, overall No. of Pallets, UV Bag/Cap and Strapping to be tight enough, etc. Here, our experience helps in ensuring proper
design and strength of pallets.
