Lease period of this land will be 99 years

Concession period of 30 years

Total Cost estimated to be Rs. 4,300 Mn

Funded through Equity Rs. 1,720 MnDebt Rs. 2,580 Mn

Target COD: January 8, 2011

Recent Diversifications – Airport and Realty

Has submitted Bid with the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation ('MIDC') for Design, Built, Finance & Operation of Greenfield Airport in Sindhudurg District, Maharashtra 

Has been declared as the "Selected Bidder"  and a Development Agreement has been executed between MIDC and IRB Sindhudurg Airport Private Limited as on September 25, 2009 

Developable area including Airport of 670 acres

Concession period of 95 years including 18 months of construction period

Estimated cost including land is Rs.1,750 Mn
