There are organizations that wish to be the most important player in their
industry and set themselves apart from their competitors. There are large and
small organizations that pull it off. Their strategic advantage? A culture
where everyone, inspired by the future they are creating, takes ownership of
the whole business, not just of their area of responsibility.
Then, there are organizations that say they want to be the most important
player in their industry.
But. . . or they don’t do much, or they don’t do anything, or what they do
