WelcomeCorporateRenew is Clover Environmental Solution’s online portal for our electronic device take back programs. It enables you to log in and create quotes for any devices you have. It also provides you with an in-depth overview of all transactions that have taken place on your online account.

With CorporateRenew you can also request other user accounts to be added to your own - perfect for including other branches within your company, for example. You will have complete visibility of all transactions that take place on all these other accounts. They, however, will only see their own transactions.

This guide aims to show you how to use the very simple interface. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact your account manager.

Requesting a QuoteRequesting a new quotation for your devices is simple. Click on the ”Request New Quote“ button available on any page.

Then complete your details in the Pick-Up Address section and add the devices you have ready to trade in to the Quote Details section. Alternatively, you can attach an Excel spreadsheet, Word document or PDF of your devices.

We will update your quotation with prices within 2 business days. Log back into your account to see the status of your Pending Quotes. There is no limit to the amount of quotes you can have.

If you are happy with the quotation provided, then simply click on the Accept link next to the quote.

OrdersOnce you have accepted a quote we will contact you to arrange a free, secure courier collection of your devices. In the interests of the environment, we encourage you to reuse existing packaging material you may have received from other deliveries. If you prefer, we can send you mobile phone packing boxes which hold 50 devices each. You can request these from your account manager.

In the Order History section of the website you can see the status of each accepted quote in your account. Click on any order to see its current status and the devices received in it as they are processed. You can also see the inspection result, network carrier and value of each device processed.

DevicesIn this section you can see a complete list of all the devices that have been traded in. You can search for an individual device by its IMEI number or �lter the entire list by many di�erent criteria. You can also export a list at any time by clicking on the Excel link in the top right hand corner.

When you click on an individual device you can see additional information related to this device including the result of its Checkmend scan and Data Wipe certi�cate.
